ER staff was great. Things seemed to generally move fast. Nursing staff on 3W was excellent, and I never experienced a bad mood from anyone. Overall quality of care was excellent.

Dr.annie was great with j went to emergency room to get stitches I was afraid to get them done but she comfort me and j didn't feel no pain at all thanks to Dr Annie she did a wonderful job taking care of me .

Shut it down!!!!!!!! Riverside is better, psychiatric ward is a prison.. My life was at risk DAILY at St. Marys hospital.. unforgettable traumatizing event.. no more feedback needed..

I had an amazing experience with ER department. I came from Olympia fields hospital because there service was horrible there. As soon I got here at st Mary’s ER nurses were amazing.

My first nurse can't remember her name was rude and can go practice ivs on someone else next time. And learn to be patient with patients and be careful more when hooking up leads to an ekg.

Trying to remove an iv, the tape was stuck to my skin. It pulled the skin off of the area under the tape. About the size of a silver dollar, only square. I screamed in pain & she. kept yg how sorry shpt
