To contact anyone in the clinic is impossible, nurses call you leave voice mails to return phone calls. However, you try calling back and simply can contact no one. Ridiculous!!

Writing this review on behalf of my father: 3 months have been calling to make an appointment and trying to have them send a referral out to my orthopedic and always left on hold ALWAYS, twice left on hold for 2hrs on the phone until yesterday I decided not to continue this anymore and search else where. Really liked my doctor Ines Daniel but the receptionist are horrible and inattentive, you have to be lucky to get one that is actually willing to help and do their job Save your time and go to another clinic.

I had a gyne annual exam on May 2025 but I did not get a pelvic exam nor breast exam??? I work in OB/GYN, for annuals we do both. My last annual was also at EHC in March 2024 where I did get an actual annual. Why would this simple step not be done? I messaged the staff but I never got a response back. I will have a 2nd annual later this month due to an insurance change where I will get everything done since we do things right at my OB/GYN clinic.
