Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

I’m writing this review as a close friend of Kaylee R., who has been a patient at the Smokey Point Methadone Clinic. I’ve seen firsthand how hard she’s worked to turn her life around. After giving birth in June 2025, she went straight into treatment — never even went home — and completed a full 30-day inpatient program. When she and her baby were released, CPS was completely out of the picture because she did everything right. She got housing, stayed in treatment, and continued taking UAs at this clinic. Everything was fine until she relapsed — which anyone who understands recovery knows can happen. She went to her counselor Kim for help, being honest and trying to do the right thing. Instead of support, Kim told her she was a mandated reporter and then held a staff meeting to decide if they were going to report her to CPS over a dirty UA. CPS had been closed out, her child was not in danger, and she was still active in treatment. Yet they made a CPS report anyway. To me, that’s not treatment — that’s punishment. This woman has done everything to give her daughter a better life, and one slip shouldn’t erase all of that. Relapse is not neglect. Reporting a stable, loving mom to CPS for one dirty UA goes against everything a methadone clinic is supposed to stand for. These places are meant to help people heal and rebuild, not make them live in fear of being honest. What’s worse is that another patient in Kaylee’s same outpatient class also relapsed and had the same counselor — and wasn’t reported. That shows a serious lack of consistency and fairness. You can’t pick and choose when you want to call yourself a “mandated reporter.” Either the rule applies to everyone or it’s being used to target certain people unfairly. After what I’ve seen, I’ve completely lost respect for how this clinic, and especially Kim, handled this situation. Kaylee didn’t deserve that. She deserved understanding and guidance — not another trauma to deal with. I hope the staff at this clinic take a long look at how their actions are affecting the very people they’re supposed to be helping.

This is a good start for a treatment facility, my one piece of advice would be to encourage people to leave the clinic more often and have more support systems

I took my son's aunt here and from what I saw and witnessed this place is great!!! Ran like a well oiled machine! Yes we were there for a good 4 hours that day doing the intake but between the UA, seeing the counselor, and seeing the doctor we waited no more than 10 minutes in between the people she had to see. The best part is that she was DOSED THE SAME DAY as her intake!!! Also she DIDN'T HAVE TO BE SICK!!! The other clinic we called said they wanted her to be in full withdrawal! NOT GOOD!

This place saved my father's life. Emotionally, physically, spiritually. Meth stole over 30 years of his life. Island Crossing saved him & I'll be forever grateful.

This place is not here to help you. they are only here so that they get a good paycheck. They constantly make mistakes and don't do their part they don't fill out their paperwork like they're supposed to. Then if you don't do something just exactly right, They treat you like a child and they punish you. they don't care how their decisions may affect a patient and or their family. They may have a nice facility. But they're not here to get you off drugs, they're here to keep you on them. Just keep on dosing !!!

I've been associated with the methadone clinic for about eight years now and it's the best thing that ever happened to me. I wouldn't change it for the world. some of the counselors Are definitely just there for the paycheck, which makes it very frustrating. When you really need help with something you're struggling with with your life. And they're not truly in it with their whole heart, but for the most part, most of the counselors are pretty good. I think I've had. Every one of them I've been there so long. And there are still some that still our counselors here. After all these years and they're amazing counselors. Take the good with the bad anywhere you go.the nurses for dosing are awesome over all its a wonderful place if your Struggling with addiction and you want to save your life. This place is great for helping you with addiction. Part of it and then you can focus on the rest of it. So you can better yourself and move on with your goals and dreams in life if you really want it. This place will definitely help you with that. 100%
