Front desk horrible service rude and won’t get transportation solved haven’t seen a doctor from there cus I can’t get in touch with transportation he has no room for messages and it’s very unorganized
I came to AARC for HIV/STI testing and was really impressed with how comfortable and welcoming the experience was. Ramey at the front desk was amazing — he greeted me with so much warmth and made the process feel easy during a time that can be uncomfortable for many people. It was great having someone so friendly be the first interaction when walking in. Thank you for providing free testing in San Antonio and for treating everyone with kindness and respect! Highly recommend.
Being new to TX, through a search I thought this was the best option for care. Unfortunately I am looking elsewhere now. They are not client engaged and will bait and switch you with different providers and you’ll get caught paying higher copays due to this. They are not transparent. Additionally they won’t refill RX for 90 days when the medication prescribed is 30-45 day max dosages. I have never had an issue getting a RX refill request completed until now. Its unfortunate they don’t have your best health in mind and say their not for profit but it’s more like not for client.
They helped my fiancee and I when we were homeless with a place to stay and gift cards. I believe they are heaven sent angels. Thank y'all from the bottom of our hearts.
The Blessing I have received from this facility has been outstanding. I couldn't have asked for great people in my life to help me and my family as Francisco G. been doing. He really puts all the effort towards helping me as much as possible.
