The medical staff provide around-the-clock supervision during this 1-3 week detox and stabilization period. Residential Treatment After detox, clients at Allure Detox can transition to their residential program to begin therapy. They also offer SMART Recovery—an alternative support group to the 12 Steps that focuses on building skills to manage cravings. They offer acupuncture, chiropractic care, yoga, and massage therapies to help clients relax and rejuvenate.
