I am very impressed with the staff at Anew Era TMS. The clinical staff is excellent, I feel valued and supported. The administrative folks are very helpful and efficient. Dealing with mental health issues is not easy, Anew Era has helped me greatly.

I’ve had an outstanding experience here. The staff are professional, compassionate, and create a comfortable, supportive environment. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received.

My psychiatrist Tiffany Nix is incredible. She is extremely empathetic, kind, understanding, and genuinely wants to help. She remembers you and all of your details and she is very personable. I feel safe with her and she has helped me through years of various mental health challenges. She does not judge me or make me feel “crazy” and she is highly knowledgeable about mental health, neuroscience, medications, and other treatments. I can’t recommend her enough. She is my husband’s provider as well and he also loves her. She has been helping us both for several years now. Warning: if you are struggling and forget or can’t make an appointment, even an emergency, the office will charge you $75 no exceptions. It’s brutal when you are having an episode and reception is not understanding. I understand the importance of my provider’s time and the money they are losing but I think it’s not very kind of the practice. I will still have another appointment, they will still get the money from it, and when you are struggling financially it hits hard. That does not take away my praise of my psychiatrist and I still rate the practice 5 stars, it’s just a warning for anyone reading.

I have been going to a new era for a couple of years and don’t have anything negative to say about them. Each provider I have dealt with has been very Attentive and nice, understanding my needs and providing good care. Jaelene who is conducting my TMS treatment is a doll.

They took the time to explain the process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The office is clean, calm, and well-organized, which made each appointment stress-free. Most importantly, the treatment made a meaningful difference for me, and I always felt supported throughout my care. I highly recommend this office to anyone considering TMS therapy.

A New Era staff return my calls promptly. They persist in calling me back if they get my voicemail. My provider, Tiffany Nix is knowledgeable and more than willing to discuss novel treatments and the latest research. I’m very satisfied with the care I receive at New Era.
