The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

If I could give this place a zero-star rating I would. We had to wait an hour+ for my wife who was in heart failure and extreme conditions. They didn't even check out her legs which have huge sores and blisters from her blood flow and diabetes. They discharged her after 7 days of doing absolutely nothing. This place is horrendous. Save your time by not coming here.

Emergency department puts their clients for transport into decommissioned police vehicles they don't fit into, without a seat belt for over an hour and a half of transport. I tried to work with hospital staff privately to resolve this issue and ensure it never happened to another person again. I was told these cars were "rigorously reviewed" and okayed by the hospital. So I feel it's my responsibility to share it here and anywhere that will listen. Don't take people you love here. I made it to the next hospital; maybe your loved ones won't Edit to their response: I've already spoken to 4 people and a formal investigation was completed. They determined it was an issue of "satisfaction" I still am not sure how they can justify this practice. If someone in the back having a psych emergency attempted to beat themselves off the bars.. how much damage could be done by the time the driver finds a safe place to pull over and deescalate?

On 4/6/26 around 6pm, I brought my 76 old father to the ER with dementia, chest pain and he could barely walk. Get to the ER and was greeted by a security guard in his 50’s with a horrible attitude. He made my father go through a metal detector. I tried explaining the situation to him. I’m happy my father didn’t fall. The nursing staff where we checked in were delightful. The whole ER process is slow, but fortunately all the staff here are professional and just all around great. I understand security, but making patients go through a metal detector is ridiculous. The old miserable security guard tried yelling at me because I forgot to take out my cell phone. Sorry, but I was very stressed about my father’s chest pain. I totally understand. If I was in my 50’s working as a rental cop on an afternoon shift, I would be miserable too.

Not very long wait times for most part. Live closer to this location, not super busy compared to Canton location. Doesn’t have delivery/birthing center rooms, they will do what they have to if there an emergency. Amazing doctors, nurses and staff always feel welcomed and taken care of every visit.
