Outstanding experience. Staff were caring, understanding and always available. Solid program that gave me hope for my future. Special shout out for staff member Kevin who always went out of his way, not only for me but for everyone to help whenever he could.

Colin the man I was on the phone with before I got there saved my life. I don’t know how he convinced me to go but he did it all while I was heavily under the influence. If it wasn’t for him I’d possibly be dead now from alcohol poisoning. The staff is AMAZING. This is a place where everyone genuinely cares about you and people’s recovery. They have a huge heart. A place where people put passion into their work. Thank you Aurora for saving me. I love you guys <3

Best treatment program of all time! So much of the staff actually cares about you and your program. I love the program and will miss all of the people there. Just don't let admissions lie to you about there being a pool. LOL the staff are amazing people I wouldn't have been able to make it through without Shantel, Kevin, and Marco. The deserve all the praise in the world!

I stayed there for a week. The staff was very welcoming, clients, and cooks. Overall it was a comfortable place.

I was recommended to this facility, but soon realized it would not work out. When I expressed this to the specialist on the phone, he said “So what are you going to do, just keep drinking?” I felt embarrassed, mocked, and like by not choosing this facility, I would be dooming myself. If this is how the facility treats potential clients they are trying to bring in, I would not like to see how they treat clients whose money they have already accepted.

I had the privilege of staying at Aurora in November of 2024 for a detox program, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported by the compassionate and highly skilled staff. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, making sure I felt safe and cared for throughout the process. The facility itself is peaceful and serene, with a calming atmosphere that made it easy to focus on healing. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything I needed to feel at ease. The meals provided were nutritious and delicious, supporting my body as it detoxed in the healthiest way possible. The program itself was tailored to my specific needs, and I appreciated how the staff took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I understood what was happening and why. I also found the group therapy sessions to be incredibly powerful. Being surrounded by others who were on similar journeys created a sense of camaraderie and support that made the experience feel much less daunting. The connections with others build a friendship that cannot be replicated. If a spouse could believe this destroys a marriage that person needs to look at his or her own insecurities. Keeping in contact with those we made friendships with is vital to continued sobriety, especially if a person is not able to attend aftercare after Aurora. What truly stood out to me was the holistic approach. The combination of medical care, emotional support, and wellness practices like yoga and meditation helped me feel rejuvenated, both mentally and physically, by the end of my stay. I left Aurora with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper understanding of myself. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and attention I received at Aurora and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who is ready to make a positive change in their life. this place has repeatedly harassed me. they convinced me to go to california for treatment, i changed my mind because it seemed sketchy and i went to a rehab close to home. i received dozens of calls from them telling me i will never get sober if i don't go to aurora. trying to manipulate my family to make me go there. they have been asked to stop contacting me and my family. still 4 months later i am consistently getting calls from them. if i don't answer they try to call me 5 times in a row. i have also threatened to contact authorities and they still will not leave me alone.

Do Not go here!! They do not do a good job. Horrible experience! Only after your money or your insurance. After they go through your money out you go!! No after care given unless you go to there facilities they recommend and most people live out of state!! Im a mother of someone who went there!
