Opened in Spring 2026, the sober living home serves women recovering from drug and alcohol addiction on 10-acre property in the Catskill Mountains. Surrounded by rolling peaks, ancient forests, and pristine waterways, Bea Home Sober Living houses only 4 residents at a time, providing a private and focused environment with holistic practices such as yoga and meditation to support daily routines. Integrated Coaching and Recovery Practices Residents receive 2 weekly recovery coaching sessions, daily personal check-ins, and staff-monitored sobriety accountability, including random drug tests and breathalyzer monitoring. Bea Home Sober Living coordinates with intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and provides virtual IOP tablets. Recovery pathways include AA/NA, Recovery Dharma, and SMART Recovery, alongside daily house meetings, shared meals, and mindfulness practices. Spacious Amenities and Nature Activities The farmhouse-style home features shared rooms with queen-size beds, sitting areas, walk-in closets, and bathrooms. Outdoors, residents enjoy hiking trails, a spring-fed pond, a 4-acre backyard for gardening and activities, and nearby kayaking on the Delaware River. Staff transport is also available for gyms, wellness classes, or errands, while personal vehicles are welcome for local outings and farmers market visits.
