Phenomenal Recovery Center!!! Staff is wonderful, food is fantastic, and they helped me start a new chapter in my life, the MOST AMAZING CHAPTER YET!!!

A much better experience than I was expecting coming in. Fantastic group meetings on this journey of self discovery into a sober lifestyle! WTG!

Came here at a low point in my life and so glad I did. Great community and lots of laughs. Hopefully won’t have to come back but will miss it

Beacon recovery center was a good place the staff and all the members was nice and respectable especially my Case manager and therapist Kizzy and Maggie I would recommend them to anyone..

This facility was tremendous to my recover. Mrs.Kizzy my case manager was able to secure my job and get me my benefits so I can fully focused on me. Kayla may not have been my therapist but she was able was to get me to open up about grief and forgiveness for my self. The food was great and the ability to play corn hole really helped pass my time

My son was admitted to this facility for 2 days when I got a call from Lauren out of nowhere trying to pressure me into paying almost $7000 for his stay there despite us having great insurance. When I told her I didn’t have the money she was insisting that I call family members and said that she was going to call my mom who was also on file. I asked her not to call her because my dad was about to have major surgery for his cancer and they didn’t need the stress. She said either I call and ask her for money or she would. She said I had until the end of the day to come up with some kind of money . I was unable to talk to my son and when I tried to talk to anyone at the facility no one would take my calls. I hopped on a plane that same day and removed him from the facility. It was a struggle to get them to release him to me and I had to remind them that he was not on any kind of legal hold and I had already secured a bed for him at another facility. I was also told by the staff that they didn’t have any medical personnel on site which would be out of compliance for a detox and recovery facility. I wonder if the insurance companies that are paying them are aware of this because they are paying for around the clock medical care for the safety of the person during detox. They also interrogated my son asking him if I am an alcoholic and if that was why I was there to get him. This has been a very stressful situation and would not recommend them to anyone. I have a feeling they are part of the south Florida shuffle (look it up if you haven’t heard about it) by how pushy they were. Definitely all about the money.

Love the staff and made great friends fixing myself
