I see Jennifer Fadel at the leitchfield office. She is very patient and caring, which was great as I was very hesitant about it at first. She is the best! Jennifer and Nathaniel, both has saved my life. ❤️

I WAS MESSAGED FROM A THROWAWAY NUMBER BEING ASKED INAPPROPRIATE QUESTIONS HAVING TO DO WITH WHAT I DISCUSSED IN A THERAPY SESSION A FEW DAYS PRIOR, WORDS WERE EXACT TO WHAT I TALKED ABOUT IN SESSION, I WAS TERRIFIED AND WHEN I TALKED ABOUT IT NO ONE TRIED TO LOOK INTO IT
I was supposed to have an appointment on today Saturday Oct 25th 2025 at 8:30am I got to the building ALL OF IT IS CLOSED I checked my texts turns out its over call online but they NEVER gave me a number to call so I'm missing an app they claim that CAN NOT BE RESCHEDULED and if it is it will be a LONG TIME before my next appointment It is now 9am and I still have yet to have a single text or call or anything to even attempt to be contacted by my doctor

This place saved my life. When I didn't want to live or go on. And I had people encouraged me to further my education and do better. And I'm finishing my associates degree this year. I don't know about all the negative stuff going around. And reviews. But when I was angry at the Lord at the time. And about to make some bad permanent decisions they were there for me.
Today is October 24, 2024. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 am EST. I arrived at 9:30 am to find the building dark, with all doors locked. I attempted to reach both the Litchfield and Radcliff offices, but received no answer. For an establishment that claims to care about others, this lack of communication is extremely disappointing. There was no notification that my appointment had been canceled.
