Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Sat in ER waiting room for 2 hours just waiting to be triaged. No one checked on anyone. Granted we were only ones in there for the first hour. I have been an ER nurse for 20 years and this is a huge liability for the hospital. I didnt expect to get seen quickly because thats just an ER typical experience but to sit for 2 hours without being triaged it ridiculous!
Saved my life
After being attacked by a rogue trigg county sheriff's department, I got brought to the ER having just had a new hip dislocated, low back pain and testicular pain. Not only were their staff caught on camera laughing and making fun of me, sending me into a deeper mental stability issue. I was not treated for any of my injuries. They allowed me to lay in a hospital bed covered in mud handcuffed with my feet hanging off the bed in pain and no assistance helping roll me over, providing fluids, providing any pain remedy, They made me hold my penis in my hand attempting to urinate for hours on end, all while my door was left to open to the public during my entire visit. They then forced and coerced me into signing papers that I have no idea what I was signing. They told me they could not help treat my pain unless I signed these and then as soon as I signed them the kicked me out of the hospital and sent me to jail. I made a formal complaint with Joni Wilson who made a laughable approach at looking into my allegations and will be filing a complaint with the board of commissions.
Went because I was bleeding from the ear and in excruciating pain. They poked around in my ear made it hurt worse did nothing for it and didn’t give me anything for it. after 5 hours of just waiting on the Dr. he just came in and said yea your ear drum ruptured it’ll heal if it don’t go see your Dr.
If I could please give this place 0 stars. I would. Worst experience of my life, if you're in emergency. I recommend you go to another hospital. My wife got bitten in tge head and the hand by a dog. Taking 45 minutes to come in and they had an attitude then later. Made her Leave the hospital and go to another hospital. They are horrible people do not come to this hospital.
DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! We took our 6 year old daughter in for a possible bowel obstruction. We sat there for hours without her even being triaged. She was bawling in pain. There were 3 or 4 people waiting when we arrived. 1 of them went in while we were there. We found out 2 others were just waiting for someone already inside the er. My husband asked if they had an idea on the time for her to be checked out. They were extremely rude. We waited longer. I asked this time. They were all texting and chatting. 4 of them just standing around. I said I understood emergencies come first, but we were just wanting to get her triaged, not necessarily in a room. The nurse at the window snapped over the one I was speaking too. She said “we are full idk what to tell her!” I was shocked and already upset with worry. I asked to speak to the nursing supervisor. I’ve worked in hospitals for years. They are supposed to triage patients asap. If only 1 person was waiting before us, she should have been triaged. Guess who the nursing supervisor was? The texting snap happy nurse sitting on her butt at the window playing on her phone. She came out and was extremely rude! I told her I understood how stressful her job is and how hard it is to offer a time for a room, because they just aren’t sure. I did however want my child triaged. After nearly 3+ hrs by this point it should have been done. She told us to wait or leave. So we left. She was treated at Jennie Stuart, and did have a bowel obstruction. Thankfully they were able to help her and she is fine now. Avoid this place if you need immediate care or compassion!
I have been to er at trigg hospital 4 times, each time we were handled with incompetence. How can you call yourself a hospital, two of the 4 times my husband was put on a helicopter out of state. Instead of expansion how about some well paid medical personnel. I will never step in that er again. I've been in this area for 18 years. Do better trigg. Don't embarrass this community any further. All I can say is what goes around comes around.
I have gone there for years for lab tests and for a colonoscopy. In all cases I was treated with a smile and respect. The County should he happy they have such a facility.
