I'm 49 years old and I have the best doctor I've ever had, with Dr. Michael Nay. I can talk to him about anything and feel comfortable not being judged. He just sits and talks to you like a friend. It's not a super sterilized informal conversation where you feel rushed or uncomfortable. I know i get better care because he will just listen before he gives advice. I've brought my whole family. I had concerns with my toddler daughter and complained. I can't believe I got to talk to the director Dean. He told me I always have the right to fire a dr or a pediatrician to find what is best for my family. I honestly didn't expect that and expected an argument or fight. Dean is an amazing director and I love this place. It's so refreshing to be able to talk with somebody when things don't seem right. Feather River is doing something right with their doctors and management. I'm bringing friends and family. I almost don't want anyone to know, to clog up the system, but i would complain in a heart beat, but i feel it's fair to be good to the people who care about their job and are Killin it. Feather River is doing that right now.

Very tricky facility. They act very kind, but do their very best to make you feel unwelcome. The intake nurse is condescending and the "application" process is gruling, and then the doctor was dismissive and abusive. They do everything they can to instigate an argument by asking questions with sarcasm and accusations. The goal is to upset you so they can claim it's not a good fit or you go away in your own -- all while they smile. They treat you horribly and then when you're justified in being upset they use it against you. "FRTH is required by law to prioritize American Indians for medical services. Non-Native patients can be eligible, but they must go through a screening process. " There is reports of a toxic environment for non native patients and for doctors. It's a horrible place pretending to be kind. Read the reviews and look for patterns.

Super huge shout out to FEATHER RIVER TRIBAL HEALTH 🙌🙌🙌 best dental anywhere around!! I have hated the dentist due to previous issues and injuries, never went to a dentist for 9 years.they understood were very thorough and knew about alot of precious dental issues and made me feel so comfortable! They are helping me gain my smile back and i Started the journey with tribal health last month and have had some extractions done and overall experience 100/100!!!! If you or your kids want a family friendly positive encouraging safe environment they are your people!!!! They will accommodate you however u need to make your visit and experience rememberable. Dr. Diego and his assistant are the best people at tribal health when it comes to your dental!!!! Thank you again FRTH 👏👏👏👏 P.S I ALSO DRIVE FROM LIVE OAK JUST FOR THEM ☺️

I love feather river tribal health :) so thankful to have prc with them and all their departments are wonderful

The only good thing about this place is the pharmacy. In medical they don't listen to your concerns and brush it off as "you're just like that". In dental they dont know how to do their jobs at all. Not only does the dental department have a hard time keeping dentists, they will only work on the same 2-4 teeth because the ones they DO hire mess up. I have been going to tribal health for their dental department for over a year now and they have worked on the same 4 teeth, each has been drilled at least twice. They messed up so bad 2 of the 4 teeth need pulled, and the other 2 are so sensitive and unuseable I cannot eat on the right side of my mouth and my front teeth. A doctor with a 0% success rate needs to be fired and go back to school. This is not okay. Only trust them with a cleaning. I work with Dr. Vacura which is their lead dentist, and if the lead is this bad I would hate to see the others.
