Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.

The social worker that my son had wasnt bad. It was more of the fact that the only time they called was to increase or start a medication. Didn't help they thought about keeping him without my permission or letting me know before driving 3 and a half hours all the way there. The nurses never called back, the doctors dont contact you, the social worker he had only worked at night.. I did not feel like he was safe the entire time because there was NO COMMUNICATION. Do better. The doctors should be communicating with the family. Not just about medicine.

My daughter Zoey was sent here the end of March beginning of April of 2026. A couple weeks later she committed suicide. So yeah, I wouldn't advise sending your children here. They apparently dont get the help they need. Then again her father had a part of not following through with it either. So looks like she was just failed all the way around. Now im sitting her with a broken heart due to broken promises. So uhh thanks guys.

Would not recommend this place period you can call and call and never get an answer and when you do staff will lie my child has been jumped never even checked out after other patients have openly discussed killing her and how they would do it in front of said staff and my child said to that staff member im not safe here they are going to kill me and the staff said "I know" nothing else was done.... all her personal items, clothes hygiene products, most everything was destroyed and nothing was done to the girl, this place needs shut down asap! staff is incompetent and definitely doesn't need to be working with and around children if they don't even feel safe to sleep at night! My child isn't allowed to call and when questioned staff makes it out like she doesn't want to call which i know is a 110% lie, cops have been called multiple times for multiple days over fighting and kids being jumped and nothing is ever done and its never reported to us that our child could be in danger, our child has a medical condition with her feet and legs so she cant do alot of activities and because she cant participate she was threatened to have outings taken away, while on the phone with her tonight after we called more times than we could count and was hung up on there was so many fights and screaming we couldn't even have a conversation with out daughter that we havent got to speak to for days because they have been so short staffed they cant even make phone calls, kids will vomit and urinate throughout facility and staff will leave it and wont clean it up you would think there is some kind of sanitation guidelines a facility has to follow to stay open to the public?!?! So 1 star from me is very generous!

My daughter had a hard time in the beginning of her stay there but the staff was absolutely fantastic at keeping us informed of what was going on, if any issues have occurred and keeping us informed about med changes. She adjusted to the hospital and settled in. She came out changed for the better.

I was submitted to this hospital at age 15 and age 16. Both times were unpleasant. I am now 18 years old. They don’t do anything to help. The “groups” they do is put us in a room and pretty much do whatever. My second time I went staff was high. And you could smell the weed off them! Oh! And they overdosed me. They told me I would start a new medication. Well in the morning they gave me my old medication. Then made me take my new one which was high dosage that night. I tried to voice my concerns, but they wouldn’t listen. The next day I was throwing up and seek. I had to have my meals in my room. And to top it off staff stated I was faking it. It got bad to the point I got discharged early.there was only about one nice staff there and ironically she was there both times I was admitted. The rooms were FREEZING. I kept begging and asking for blankets and no one would give me any. Expect that one nice nurse. Also. They all lie. They say they trust you. They don’t. They are gonna take ur words and twist it. Freedom is very limited. And staff was VERY disrespectful. They don’t care why your in. They won’t respect you because they think since your young u don’t deserve it. I was nothing but respectful and I had them put there hands on me or drag me somewhere. The “school” program is whack aswel. Why do I have to sit in a makeshift classroom relearning how to ryme. RYME. When I’m 16 years old and in highschool. Oh and they will lose your stuff and won’t take responsibility 🤷♀️. My pants and some shirts went missing there. Staff said “I don’t know” and left it at that. These pictures need updates aswell.

My son is six I bought him there for help and all he got was to be mistreated and starved and he was only there for a day and a half and when I picked him up we went out to Golden Corral he ate three plates of food dessert a hash brown from McDonald's then after all that came back to hotel he ate half a slice of pizza 3 bit of chili a whole bag of mini Oreos a big chocolate chip cookie and lots of drinks plus he ate a big breakfast this morning that you might as well call lunch because he didn't get breakfast food he got lunch then we had to order extra fries because he was super hungry and on our way back home we had to stop again to get more food and now he is super clingy and does not want to be far from me at all and I dont blame him Tuesday evening when I went in for visitation I asked the man that brought us back there if he had any medication he said I do not know let me call the nurse got the nurse down there and she didn't know what medicine she took so she had to go get paperwork when she came back she had his night time medication bedtime over there isn't until 8:30 and she gave him his clonidine at 7:45 Dawn visitation with a small cup that you could rent out your mouth with like if you were brushing your teeth and then after she left he asked the man that was in the same room and he looked at Jordan and said you know the rules I can't do that clonidine gives cottonmouth in regardless medication shouldn't have been giving to a child when doing visitation with a parent plus he had a bruise on his arm plus they try to take blood from a 6-year-old without consent from the parent and my son told me staff and kids we're hitting him the whole entire time visitation was he would not talk he kept whispering in my ear and looking over his shoulder at the guy scared shit less I didn't think to look at the reviews because I didn't think a hospital would prefer anyone to a place like this but everyone please read reviews before sending your kids anywhere oh and they called me Tuesday night after visitation asked if Jordan could talk to me because he was very upset I tried to talk to him I was already upset about what I seen during visitation so I told my son before he went back that I would be back in the morning and I was there in the morning I got him signed out didn't say anything to staff about what I seen or what my son told me didn't want him in any more danger than what he was already in but when they called and I talked to my son trying to get him to calm down in the background there was a lady telling him that I was not coming that he could not be hitting people and then all of a sudden I got hung up on I tried to call back and no one would answer

If I could give a 0 star I would. My sister went there on Wednesday and they released her today and she tried to OD on pills as soon as she got home.
