I love it at bestcare thank u all staff their are always happy to help and helped me more than beyond thank u Bestcare for helping me get back on track never told me no and gave me all the resources I need can tell they care and I was a bad person all ways and now how great Iam again is because of them much love
The Ready for Rent program has went extremely downhill after all the good people left. One of the workers is unprofessional, rude, and controlling. She sets you up to fail. She is also constantly late to appointments and she seems like she is always high.
I had my appointments rescheduled several times. Out if 5 appointments, 3 were rescheduled by the office. I was promised help and feel like I'm being left worse off than when I started trying to get help from Best Care. I will never return there after giving up on them. If I could give less stars for their services, I would!!
I have not been back to this god forsaken place since 2018. When they needlessly took my child away and then the counselor i had at the time refused to speak to me. Basically kidnapped my child to put her 150miles from home, alone and scared. That was not the right thing to do! Mandy this is not good!
I've attended BestCare in Madras for several years now since coming over with Dr. Montee, the prescribing doctor from the program through Mosaic. The people are very kind and considerate, you don't feel judged which is great because coming into treatment can be stressful enough for some. It's one of the best places to start if your serious about getting and living sober! It takes hard work on our end of course but having the right support makes all the difference.
Dr.Z will go way out of her way to help you get the services and treatment you need. The people here not only listen but want to help.
Best care of Madras,OR is the biggest JOKE, Myself and my boyfriend went in for help, we both struggle with documented mental health issues and we're rejected the help we were looking for. I will NEVER go to them again. The only reason I gave them one star is so I could post this, I truly hope no one has to deal with the same thing
