Brain Balance Chula Vista

Max a tenido una mejoría muy buena en su etapa de socializar, es más seguro al entablar conversaciones, en la escuela tiene buena conducta, tiene un mayor interés en actividades deportivas y esperamos que en verano que entra a high school sea una etapa increíble y llena de emociones para la familia.

Brain Balance has been such a blessing for our family. When Joshua first started, he was facing a lot of uncertainty and challenges with learning, and we often felt unsure about how to best support him. What we’ve experienced through this program has been nothing short of incredible. We’ve watched Joshua truly begin to thrive — gaining confidence, finding joy in learning, and showing us new strengths every day. One of the most meaningful parts of this journey has been seeing him learn to understand and accept his neurodivergence, not as something that holds him back, but as part of what makes him unique and capable. We went from anticipating meltdowns and elopements to watching Joshua manage his emotions, problem solve and show distress tolerance. As a parent, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing your child believe in themselves and step into their own potential. We are so grateful to the Brain Balance team for walking alongside Joshua and helping him discover just how much he can accomplish.

Our son Alonzo started Brain balance a few months ago. We noticed an incredible difference within a few weeks of starting his program. Alonzo's anxiety calmed, he sleeps soundly without tossing and turning. He began recognizing/ understanding facial and body language of others this helps him understand how someone is feeling. Prior to Brain balance Alonzo only would eat 3 different foods. Making it extremely challenging for him and we worried about his health. Today Alonzo tries and enjoys eating about 30 different kinds of foods . We can enjoy eating the same meal instead of having something separate for our son. Alonzo has always been happy but now he's extremely happy and excited about life and all the progress he has made in a short time frame. Alonzo said himself that he feels stronger, healthier , his mind feels clear and he can communicate things that are happening in his life with detail. We are so happy with everything our son has been able to accomplish with all the help from the Brain balance team including the nutritionist.

Really great program with super wonderful people. The staff here is very warm and caring. My son loved this program. He was attending for ADHD and some learning issues. I saw him grow in physical strength quite a bit, as well as emotional regulation. I wish we had the time and resources to keep it up. You definitely get out of it what you put into it, and we were not perfect, however we learned quite a bit and I now have a great foundation moving forward with my son. If I see him slipping, we go back to doing exercises. Thank you BB!

My 13yr old son has been doing the program for 4 months and we are seeing results. for the 1st time ever, he meet all the goals on his IEP, teachers report he’s attention span is improving. He is expressing more, and overall seems more aware and present. We are very happy to be part of the Brain Balance Chula Vista Center. We have meet other parents at the center and they all agree: the Brain Balance program does work. I would definitely recommend it, it’s a very good time and money investment.

My son just graduated! He learned to self regulate and increased his environmental awareness. He has less meltdown and increased his creativity and focus. This is an amazing program.

We’ve had such a positive experience with Brain Balance! We are incredibly grateful to the team at the Chula Vista office for the support and care they’ve provided throughout our daughter’s journey. The program has made a meaningful difference in her life—boosting her self-esteem and helping her become more physically aware and confident. It’s been amazing to see her progress, and we credit so much of that to the dedication, patience, and guidance of the coaches and staff. Going to Brain Balance of Chula Vista was definitely a turning point for us. After about a month of going there and doing the exercises, I saw about a 20% decrease in all of the challenging behaviors that my kiddo had. It sounds funny to say, but she seriously seemed more balanced in all situations. That improvement was not dependent on time of day or where she was or what she was doing. I literally saw an improvement across the board. It was so desperately needed at that time. If you are considering it, I would highly recommend going to Brain balance! I also really appreciated all of the staff there. They were very helpful and supportive in a very tough time. I definitely felt like my kiddo benefited from Brain balance!
