Such Unfair Reviews! This place is 5 start for sure! The detox is clean and quiet and comfortable. The woman mentioning that they have a "client type" and insurance matters is ridiculous! Most clients are either homeless when they arrive or on AHCCCS insurance. They do not tolerate any behavior that is excessively disrespectful or threatening or that creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for anyone. Their amenities are great, food is phenomenal, and the staff all care genuinely and make the process a breeze. I would recommend them to ANYONE seeking treatment for addiction. They truly restore lives

I did a residential treatment here for 30 days, and i can say with all honesty that it was the best decision I ever made. amazing, staff care... groups are consistent and relevant. They saved my life, literally. Edlynn, one of the ladies start started around the time I did was the most genuine and friendly and bright of my whole stay.. she worked primarily detox nights and always stopped before and after shift to touch base with those of us that she helped thru detox and onto the residential side. Case Mgr Marcella was amazing... patient, helpful, kind and knowledgable, never failing to check in with me when we ran into each other after detox. Big Mike made detox tolerable just with his care and bedside manner... All the group leaders, esp Lolo & Milly made the material fun and relatable. Joe always showed such love and dedication to the material, he creates his own materials and worksheets that always make the information clean and organized, easy to commit to memory and put into practice. Alissa and The night staff were all so much fun... Miriah, Jackie and Coach David. Even in the hardest of days, that often end in tough nights.. these 3 were always willing to listen and relate nd do anything they could to make the experience better at Buena. even "T" from the kitchen always ha a smile and a moment to check in on us to Ernesto in housekeeping doing such a hard and thorough job and always has an encouraging word. Give it a shot..... what do you have to lose? You have your whole life to gain! Thanks Buena

I went to Buena Vista Health and I'm happy I did! All of the employees are amazing and willing to help as much as they can. They are respectful, caring and want to help. I felt no judgement on compassion. I'd highly recommend them if you are looking for help!

I sent my daughter here because I went here 5 years ago, at the time I was a "soccer mom" and all the clients looked well off or from the "middle class". My daughter called and secured her place, and I thought I would sleep easily knowing that she was in a decent facility. However, I have been fighting with Mind 24/7, a facility they sent her to, because she was giving attitude. If I had known that they would do this, I would have picked her up. Instead, I have spent the last 48 hours trying to locate her, and she has lost all her belongings! But, most importantly, she has lost trust in the healthcare system. I would not recommend any facility to help unless you have the right insurance. If your loved one looks like they are homeless and on AHCCCS, or if they talk back just the slightest bit, they will treat you like crap and steal your stuff. I know because I tried to work in these places, and they are inhumane. I wish I had read the latest reviews before sending her to this facility. They will turn you away if you do not fit their "client type".

This place is turning people away of they are not high when they come in. They basically tell them they can come back when they are high. They are encouraging them to go out and get high to receive help or services from them. This is absolutely ridiculous because one pill can kill. This needs to be changed and I am going to make sure this place and other's like this one is exposed for this. They might be great for basic recovery. But let a real drug addict off the street come in for service's and get turned away because they aren't high enough. SHAME ON YOU.. 😡

This is really great facility in terms of quality. Other than that if you have your own insurance and don't rely on access expect other charges to you personally. This company loves to grad money where they can. Ive been charged for labs for 800+ dollars. Dont take the drug test that is the only lab that I have ever taken and they will card you a 2 week pay check. Your commercial insurance will most likely not cover it.

Cannot imagine why ANYONE would 1 🌟 review Buena! Been here a few times (my fault... not theirs) and i ALWAYS feel at home, im well fed, they are patient, kind and genuine with my caremi refer anyone i k ow in need of either detox or inpatiemt to Buena vista of chandler. Shout out to Lieutenant Dan, Big Mike, Bht Nicole and Case mgr Nikole.... i attribute this facility with saving my life. Please reward ur staff for a lasting impression.
