Every 90 days I have to beg for refills. Then they order wrong form of med. this has happen twice in last 60 days resulting in me not having much needed medicine. To top it off the staff is rude about my request to respond to pharmacy.

Place has gotten a lot better they just need to get people who can answers the phones

If you are thinking of seeing Coalette Bedke, read this whole review and think again. Today’s appointment was the absolute worst I have ever had in my entire life. After 3 chances I now confidently advise you: go to someone else if you want a provider who cares about anything beyond ego and protected incompetence. I am a highly self-advocating patient, both from a lifetime of lived medical experience as well as extensive research. During this visit, Coalette Bedke openly criticized a top-tier surgeon who has helped me immensely, saying, “I’m just going to say it straight. Why are you trusting him if his office is managed so poorly?” The real question is this: why should I trust YOU when both YOUR office AND yourself are managed so poorly that I cannot even get basic initial care—let alone the referrals required to manage my complex medical history? She then flatly denied me nearly all of the future care I need, offered no alternative options, and provided no help, claiming "it wasn't on the schedule". After mocking me for not knowing even more, I was rushed out AT THE VERY TIME MY APPOINTMENT WAS TO START, but that's no surprise. She has always cut my visits short. I can clearly tell that she is floored by the fact that a patient would actually advocate for themselves, research their needs, and then request them as I have done. I absolutely do have the right to choose my own doctors—and I certainly will. Take it or leave it, Coalette. Do I need your “help”? No. Never again. I will be seeing a different provider. Thanks, but no thanks. By the way the lady at the front desk was super sweet and compassionate. She helped me find another provider. 10 stars for her. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The medical side staff are outstanding efeciant receptionist, the PA understand my issues, nurse was pleasant efeciant. I am very happy Canyon lands is able to provide the level of care needed in our tiny community. . thank you

Staff is usually pretty rude and not helpful.Only time they are friendly, is when you are paying.I prefer to go to the one in Mesquite now.Much better customer service.

I’ve been staying in Scenic, Arizona, and decided to visit Canyonlands Healthcare. Physician Assistant Bedke was wonderful and really listened to my concerns. I barely had to wait to be seen. I asked about medication for my issue, and she recommended an even better option. She also ordered my physical labs. I came back Friday, and since they have an on-site lab, I was in and out quickly. I definitely recommend this medical office.

Friendly staff. Short wait times. Dr. takes time to listen ro my concerns.

I was just seen by Dr. Duong and she was patient and understanding! Anthony was also great and intelligent! As for me I always get anxious about the dentist but I wasn't that nervous!!
