They stole my items locked the door and never answered the phone I told them that my driver dropped off my items to the wrong place the lady then pulls the camera out showing my drive drop items off then says well we unbanged them and everything so it’s ours now I kept calling them went to the place and the door locked but says open I ring the bell and no answer Called got hung up on 5 times and no help from this dam place don’t go here

This place is garbage

Place sucks, the first counselor is very ignorant and rude

I had an awful experience at this center. I had a substance abuse evaluation done by James on 4/8/19. James was very judgmental and made me feel uncomfortable by joking around about the answers to the questions he was asking me. After answering “no” to having any family problems, he began laughing saying he didn’t believe I didn’t have any family problems. I told him would you rather me lie and say yes and he said yes at least say something because it was the fastest he’s ever done an evaluation and that nearly nobody has 0 problems, basically implying that I was being boring for saying no to every question. I also told him I do not do drugs or alcohol and have absolutely no interest in it because I am pregnant. He then said he gets 7 month pregnant women who tell him they smoke marijuana and he doesn’t believe pregnancy is a reason for somebody to be abstinent from drugs and alcohol. The whole time I felt very judged and pressured to lie so that he didn’t roll his eyes and laugh at every question I answered. He also didn’t even know how to spell “pregnant” and was constantly asking me how to spell words. I felt like it was a waste of my time and wish I would have went somewhere else.

This place literally saved my nephew's life

I love my one therapist but the other stop seeing me because I missed appointments but she didn't even try to reach out to me to see if everything was ok. I would give a better rating if the communication between the staff was better. I feel at times they are not all organized.
