I am very grateful to have CHCS at my aid. Dr. Geise is my current doctor and has been consistent with my appointments and onto of giving me refills every time. I am blessed to have such a helpful and supportive clinic. Thank you CHCS!

No one will answer your call. I have tried for weeks. Very poor VA service.

Honestly this place is horrible, I've been going here for quite some time when I was younger up until I was about 18 (24 now), one of the Doctor's there, told social security I wasn't disabled when I in-fact am, (They had told me I was ALSO disabled), due to that statement, I have lost my medical insurance or they put me on some insurance I'm too young for, they took away my disability benefits. I'm unable to work, therefore I'm in quite a financial struggle. Not to mention I was on my grandmas case up until I was 23, when you turn 18, you're supposed to have your own case as an adult. You will then have to reapply for disability. Their system is complete garbage. If you don't want results, go to any social security office and they'll provide you with just that.

This place is wonderful its easy to access. The office is clean warm colors and welcoming. The staff is oh so amazing. Rose has been a blessing along with my other medical team they know who they are. In crisis they are available ALWAYS my calls are returned that day and appointments set at my time. I love everyone in this office

Mere words can't begin to describe how Awesome/helpful The Center has been towards my recovery. Thanks to all the great staff for supporting me but there is one guy who goes above and beyond to make sure I stay on track and helps me without judgement or hesitation. Mr. James Amaya thank you for always making me feel worthy and important. Thanks once again.... Better days are yet to come!

I just got off the phone with the first receptionist and she full on gave me hate and showered me which was a threat after that I was unwelcome with my boyfriend to exist. And I mean hate from an older woman

There isnt ever going to be any purpose of listening to giovanni p gomez because he failed his lpc exam twice while I already had my own internet bill. There won't ever be any purpose of listening to him since he is obsessed with other people's internet.
