Sam and her team are the reason this place works. I am so greatful for the team here and the people I met, the support they give and the help they provide. Every member of the crew at this facility brings something to the table and at the core what makes this place run smoothly, helps to connect with its patients and restructure their lives on the right path is Sam. Thank you Chapters. I have my life back. I have myself back. And I have my family and career back. Thank you for all you do for people ❤️

As someone who was very hesitant to try an impatient program, I couldn’t be happier that I found this gem. Everything from the admissions coordinator (Kim), to the private driver from airport (Todd), to my intake at the house (Hans, Reif, Edith, Josh), to the private chef (Danielle), to the supervisor (Sam), to the case managers and therapists (Robert, Ligi, Jess), everyone made absolute sure that this seemingly scary experience was far from just that. The care/medication management was on point. The private chef cooked some of the testiest meals I have ever consumed. The views of the pacific were absolutely incredible. I used the onsite home gym and hot tub daily. They even had onsite accupuncture and yoga. The group therapy content and material was life changing and foundational in my recovery journey. Each of the 6 bedrooms in the house has a unique vibe and special touch. I was so thankful to have access to my laptop as a working professional, and my phone to stay in touch with friends and family. We even had outings to go shopping, walk the harbor and pier, massages, kayaking, and whale watching. Chapters Capistrano saved my life and will never be forgotten.

I couldn't have picked a better place to go. I did the 7 to 10 day detox program. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Therapist and counselors were great and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend

Chapters Capistrano is absolutely amazing in every way, starting with the incredible supervisor of the center, Savannah. Her work ethic, inspiring attitude and true care for each patient trickles down to every component of the program, making it the best center I have ever attended. I am forever indebted to Chapters for providing me with the skills and insight I was missing to finally break free from the chains of addiction. Also, the small setting (no more than 6 clients per house) allowed for deeper connections which is so important to early recovery! Thank you to the whole staff for all of their patience and love, the walks on the beach, the outings, getting aftercare set up, getting me on the right meds and the wonderful atmosphere that truly is designed to set the clients up for success!! Thank you all so much!

I can’t say enough about my experience at Chapters. This was my second stay (and a partial 3rd they accommodated). The therapy staff is of course phenomenal. I was fortunate to work with both case managers and therapists over my multiple stays. My standard personality hated it but turned out to be the best thing. Jess, Michael, Ligi, and Robert - you are all awesome professionals and human beings and I will forever love you. You’ve given me the tools - it’s up to me to f$@& execute them. But individually you helped me address some of the complex issues I’m still dealing with. I don’t want to forget the operations staff we spent more time with - so not going to name names ( ok Raif and Tim great but all others too ) - you know who you are and I will be following up with Teresa personally to make sure she knows how much I and others value you since you are so much of the client experience and need to be recognized as such. Teresa / here’s a clue - they are all awesome professionals, are utmost professional, and make clients feel comfortable. I dealt with a bunch of drones at another place. You have an excellent team. I and all others agree. You need to keep and nurture them. If you do you will be successful and help more people. If you have lots of turnover due to paying $1 less like others / the results are well known to be poor. I get this isn’t an easy business, pay not great etc. But after going to another place I wish I had the team at Chapters. You’ll notice I didn’t negatively name a person or thing. Always things to improve in any organization - no place will be perfect- but for a professional rehabilitation experience, with highest quality clinical care? you couldn’t do better.

Chapters Capistrano was hands down the best treatment I’ve been to, mind you I’ve been in treatment three times prior. Group/individual therapy proved to be very effective. The food, activities, and outside meetings were phenomenal. I want to give a shout out to Ligi, Jessica, Matthew, Raif, Savannah, Hans, Sarah, and Michael. You all truly saved me from a dark place and brought me into the light. From the bottom of my heart Thank you all. Chapters Capistrano saved my life.

Just back from a 21 day stay at the Chapters Beach House and I can definitely say it was a transformative experience! I was a 3 time dropout of a local outpatient program and didn't want to go to the "institutional" type of inpatient programs that lock you away like a prisoner and you get outside a few mins a day to smoke. Being from the East Coast, the warm and sunny environment of Orange County definitely helped (i spent A LOT of time on the deck and/or in the hot tub just relaxing, thinking, reflecting, planning for individual/group sessions, or doing workbook assignments for the next day), but it was the overall experience that made a difference. The small group setting of a max of 6 clients allowed me to develop strong bonds with people I consider lifelong connections and family. The clinical staff, especially Ligi, Jess, and Michael are amazing. They each get 20 out of 5 stars! I specifically want to recognize a few of the operations staff - Raif, Tyler, and Edith - with whom I spent a lot of time and credit each of them for being a huge part of my positive experience. I also want to thank Teresa, the Executive Director, who took the time one evening to have a conversation with me about some feedback I wanted to provide to enhance the client experience for future clients. Thanks again to the folks I called out above. I miss you all and don't plan to see you ever again..unless we pass each other on the street! :-)
