I've never witnessed such incompetence. Took an assessment it took all of 30 minutes if. A series of yes and no questions. Waited over a year for results that were a joke. If someone needed intensive treatment for alcohol and drugs it shouldn't take over a year for results. I've never heard of a drug and alcohol assessment consisting of yes and no questions. It should take at least an hour. This place needs investigated for fraud.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Therapists are terrible, can’t remember basic things even after the wrote it down Called to cancel my appointment for tomorrow and was told I’d be charged $75 for a cancellation fee (even though my therapist is useless) I said, okay then I’ll answer the phone and tell him I want to cancel and then hang up. Apparently that’s a “no show” to them even though I’m SHOWING up to the appointment myself to say I’d like to cancel (absolute joke) The lady on the phone kept talking over me to the point where I explicitly had to say “can I speak, please?” And then she had this high pitched pretentious condescending attitude. I really lost my faith after that. The front desk is as useless as the doctors!!! So I have to go to my virtual appointment tomorrow, stay for 16 minutes, then turn around and hang up so I get charged $13 instead of $75 This place has caused more harm than good for my mental health. It has stained my trust in psychology and therapists. Business owner/operator, Do NOT attempt to reach out to me to make this right. I will pay my balance next week and I will never ever reach out to you guys again. So now I have to waste 16 minutes of mine and my useless therapist’s time to avoid a $75 fee. Absolute piss-take. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY HELP YOU!

Charak Center for Health and Wellness in Medina, Ohio has an amazing, helpful and caring staff who go out of their way to assist both new and existing clients. In addition, my provider Angal, is patient, knowledgeable and compassionate with my needs. I'd been with a therapist in Las Vegas for over 9 years and thought she was top-notch; however, Angal and the Medina office far surpass my prior Nevada experience.

I highly recommend Medina office! They have been SUPER kind to me! And they pick up the phone when you call them! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks, to a great facility caring for their patients

Dr. Ranjan did not call in my grandmothers prescriptions after visit. No excuses!!! 4 days later scripts were still not called in for a severely depressed patient. Delivery service is extremely unreliable and can’t give us an answer on if they got the prescription and if they can even deliver it. Dr Ranjan was constantly on cell phone during virtual visit and used students for 7 of the 15 minutes of the visit for basic assessment. This place is a joke. Dr should be reported. Almost predatory what this practice is doing especially for older patients who are relying on their “home delivery”. Week after week clients are billed for these virtual visits and the Dr can’t even have the decency to make sure meds are at the pharmacy that HE OWNS!!! Claims he is “too busy running the practice”. This is absolutely inexcusable. Avoid at all costs.

Friendly enough staff but doc kept me on a med that was not helping me for a year and a half. I suffered needlessly. Moved to another city and they changed my med and I got my brain back. Docs need to listen to their clients and actually help them. It was unnecessary cruel punishment for me to live in horror for a year and a half when my new doc fixed the issue with one visit. It's hard to do but if your doc refuses to help you go to another one even in another city, the answer is out there. Some docs, though nice, don't actually care that you are suffering. Shameful that people suffer when there are actually things that can help them. That's a year and a half of torture, and I can't get that year and a half back. But living my best life now thanks to SWITCHING DOCS!!!

If you need help desperately, please call ANYWHERE but here! My son has been waiting a WEEK for them to call him for an appointment. This place has NO CONCERN for anyone's mental health, nothing is considered important or an emergency. DO NOT WASTE ANY OF YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS, IT'S A JOKE, UNRELIABLE AND UNREPUABLE!! Your response is also a joke! Your business is the most unorganized that I've EVER come across. Get it together, this is an internal problem. Your counselors are dropping like flies, YOU TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS!
