Came here after prison back in 2013. There was literally dope everywhere. I even saw some feed this dog named "Cheyenne" a mushroom. Poor dog was frozen in place lol
I want to thank the Cheyenne center front desk staff for always being respectful, patient, and very helpful! You’ll set the tone for visitors and clients coming in to have a picture of what the Cheyenne center is like 👍🏽 great job!! Keep up the good work !!
Super friendly place, professional atmosphere the staff is extremely helpful especially Miss Brown and Miss Rose expert dining experience Miss P does a great job in the kitchen the whole place has a good down home welcoming feel to it. I'm a resident at the 3/4 house right now and I couldn't ask for better accommodation.
I initially called the facility with several questions, and the receptionist Ms Browne who answered was incredibly patient and informative. She didn’t rush the conversation, even though you could tell the facility stays busy. She explained everything clearly and made the process feel much less intimidating for our family.
I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the conduct, professionalism, and overall operation of this halfway house. The staff members at this facility have consistently demonstrated unprofessional and discourteous behavior. The manner in which they speak to families is unacceptable and lacks basic respect. When we contact the center seeking information about our loved one, we are spoken to in a condescending and dismissive way, as though we are being treated as criminals rather than concerned family members. Our loved one was scheduled to be released last week, yet we received no communication or updates from staff. Multiple attempts to obtain information were met with poor communication and unprofessional responses. There appears to be a serious lack of accountability and follow-through. Additionally, the counselors at this facility are rarely present and fail to communicate effectively with families. This lack of availability and transparency is extremely concerning, especially in a setting that is meant to support individuals during a critical transition period. Due to these ongoing issues, I have filed a formal complaint with Huntsville regarding the way this halfway house is being operated. The current conditions, staff conduct, and lack of communication do not reflect the standards expected of a facility responsible for the care and rehabilitation of individuals. I strongly urge leadership to address these concerns immediately, provide appropriate staff training, and implement better communication and accountability measures. Families and residents deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism. Sincerely, Janie M. Chavez
Cheyenne Center is horrible, terrible staff none professional. Only there to get paid don’t care about the clients.
The lady ms.edwards was extremely rude I was just trying to give her the emergency contact information for my brother at the Cheyenne center. Why be so rude I am not a patient and you are working please get it together. How do you report there behavior
I've been trying to get ahold of my son to find out if he's good and there or not and I can't get nowhere they won't let me know anything about him so I think I'm going to have to take it to the authorities next
