I told this place several times to please stop calling my phone so then they sent me this telling me it's recommended that i need this (Blended Case Management (BCM) is a community-based, voluntary service designed to assist children, adolescents, and adults with serious mental health illnesses, emotional disorders, or behavioral challenges. It works by combining intensive, individualized care with traditional case management, allowing clients to maintain the same case manager even as their need for services changes) these people have bothered me & my husband & it's so frustrating when these people are invading our privacy I don't know how they even got my phone number but they need to stop i don't have any mental or emotional problems I work hard at a full-time job I've been with the company for over 20yrs & now I have to worry that someone is trying to cause problems that for me that could put my job on the line I'm writing this so other people can be aware of this kind of thing & watch out for people like this causing problems for hard working individuals.

In December did 2 different intakes for my 16 year old...one for specific problem & other for teenage drinking. The first one was for the drinking counseling & they have it separate in Robinson Counseling Center around the corner mixed in with adults for drug & alcohol counseling which has some adults that are loud mouthed & many hanging out back smoking & who knows what else. Then for the other problem my 16 year old went to the counselor in Children Service Center & talked about the specific problem with the counselor saying don't counsel for that. I called to inquire why matched up with a counselor that does not counselor for my 16 year old specific problem that was discussed in the intake appointment & they apologized & said would check with supervisor which then they called back with the right counselor for the specific problem. Have not heard anything since then which was end of January. Did continue with the drinking counseling which the last appointment one one of the adults got loud in yelling & cursing slamming doors so definitely don't agree that 16 & under should be forced into going to separate building mixed in with adults from the Children Service Center. Thank God my 16 year old is doing better that now don't need services here. I do have a 20 year old that received services @10 years ago & was much better place then but now definitely would not recommend to anyone!!

The Robinson Center is very disingenuous with no clarity in coordinating services with clients and are very deceptive. Be on your guard and aggressively assertive the mental health services like this in Luzurne county they do what they wish while deceiving you and misfiling your records!

This is the among the worst and most unprofessional services you can use. They do not provide accommodations for psychological evaluations, do not fully represent truth in psycho-evaluations, and downplay your skills and IQ. The HHS-OCR and other state agencies have been made aware of their predatory tactics. Avoid this place at all costs - they are not worth taking yourself to as an adult or a child. There are better places out there.

Talk about setting someone up for failure! Could not even get an intake appointment correct and you want me to trust you with my child’s mental care?? A courtesy call or rescheduling the appointment could have got you a client, however the company is more worried about booking appointments they can not cover and then expecting people to wait over an hr until correct coverage is found or a therapist is available. Not acceptable.

Thanks for tow-trapping parking lots on Franklin and limiting parking to an hour on the street. VERY difficult for renters who have to park on the street. Loosen your death grip on parking CSC. Other people have a right to live too.

If I could give zero stars I would. I did my intake with a woman named Shirley, who told me Children Service Center could complete my FMLA paperwork, that was a lie. Shirley told me Children Service Center offers EMDR, that was a lie. I was also told they offer genetic testing for medication, that was a lie. I've also been on a wait list for multiple years for a blended case manager & they just keep taking me off the list. Do y'all just pick & choose who you want to help?

Only giving 1 star just to write a review. This place is a joke my son was referred here from the hospital I spent 3 hrs of my day (had to get a ride due to car trouble my ride also sat in their car the 3 hrs) doing intake transportation was all set up just to be told they won’t be taking my son. Maybe have the proper paper work in place before agreeing to take in a child the whole point of release was having this place set up so thanks to them we risk my child going back to impatient. Instead of funding places like this re open path they were amazing. It’s always the… places that get the funding ofc
