Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Thank you for helping my daughter get through her crisis. I cannot thank the staff enough.
when I was 8 or so I went to this place for a couple months and it was the worst thing ever I got admitted for suicidal tendencies and came out wanting to do more they had to do blood tests where they would wake you up in the middle of the night and stick a needle in your arm and they did this to me 4 times when I was trying to sleep and one of the staff she had a cheetah bonnet she was really rude she would yell at me and one time when she yelled at me I tried to choke myself out as a way to finally get heard and she said ‘go ahead it’s one less kid I have to deal with’ and overall this place really traumatized me so much and please don’t bring your kids here so they don’t end up like this
Please do not take your children here. My 5 year old was admitted yesterday and i took him out today. I went to visit him, he came out of unit 4 limping, i asked what was wrong, he kept pointing to his inner thigh that it hurt him. I spoke to the nurse and asked if we can use a restroom so i can see what was bothering him. Turns out my son was soaked in his own urine for quite awhile because he started to get a rash inbetween his thighs. They have medicated my son, so for them not to check if he peed or needed to be changed was unprofessional on their end! It was only 24hrs he was there!
this place sucks fam, you ain’t trying to come here gang. the staff are mostly dismissive and act like annoyed teachers. They treat u like an idiot. I’m giving it two stars just for Mr.David on unit 1. He was the only cool person who took the time to actually talk about my problems with my depression and anger. He didn’t make me feel cray or like I was annoying him like the rest of the staff did. he gave me some real ideas on the roots of my anger instead of just tryin to force meds down my throat and telling me “good job” like the nurse did. Like am I a dog? The other staff would get mad at him for talking to us like real people or giving us an extra juice. That one big lady kept telling him “you need to yell at them” and “stop giving him snacks” Like what? I meant to write this review right after I left, but Mr.david if you ever see this.. thanks fam. I told my parents abt u and they were happy to know there was at least one person who cared. U impacted me like no one else bro. I bought that book you bought up too. This place sucks gang, but if you get trapped there look for Mr.David on unit 1. He was better than the therapist and doctor. Ngl
Do not see Dr. Leslie Musgrove. She took almost a year of us calling to finally give us the results we were promised in 30 days. Then she missed our next appointment that she personally scheduled. We had an appt in March of 2024 and finally in January of 2025 got the results. Then they billed my insurance with my son, who is a child, as the responsible party. Then it was sent to collections as we are trying to get everything squared away. They don’t have the best interest of your kids at heart.
They told me they hated me because my finger was stinky
Do not recommend for level 3 autistic children or teens, but the best option out of the rest. San antonio is far behind when it comes to mental health care for our children and this place being open as long as it has you'd think would have trained better. I was in crisis with my 15 yr old autistic son. He has explosive moods and gets aggressive with me. He hit me and pushed me and screamed at me the entire time and in view of the entire staff. They left us in a room for 3 hours just to have us sent away with a folder and recommendations to the MAC. Funny enough, it's the MAC that sent us to Clarity. These places don't give a shit about the difficult kids. They want the "easier" ones so they can still claim they help. Meanwhile families like ours who are in true crisis get bounced around until our children are too old to be assisted. If anyone reads this and knows of real help please message me. We are still in crisis. No thanks to Clarity. My son had to be brought in by the police to be actually seen and treated. But really, its just medication management. Which might seem good at first. If you're a parent like me and desperate then by all means use clarity. Just dont say your child is non verbal, but also call bexar county SMART team to assist with transporting your child. It will help get them in.
If zero was an option for a review this place would get it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, so because I refused to get the full treatment with this place they called cps on me and now I have an open investigation. And nothing is confidential they gave out all my info to cps. Also they man handled my child when he had a meltdown. This place is just as bad as Laurel Ridge.
