Clarvida’s Peer Mentoring Program in Orange County serves adults with serious mental health conditions. It provides recovery-focused support to clients referred by mental health clinics or those transitioning from inpatient services. The program emphasizes strength-based recovery, working with individuals to enhance their mental health and reduce the stigma of mental illness. Peer Mentor-Led Recovery Support The Peer Mentoring Program offers two tracks of support: one for individuals with persistent mental health challenges referred by county clinics such as Orange County Behavioral Health Services and contracted mental health providers, and another for those recently discharged from crisis stabilization units or regional hospitals. Peer mentors guide participants through recovery goals, offering empowerment and practical strategies to achieve long-term mental health stability while fostering independence and resilience.
