In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

Horrible for mental health diagnoses. I recommend Cleveland clinic Akron general over Coleman any day. I hope this helps those wondering where they should go to help finally achieve that happiness that they deserve.

I have been goin here since 2023. I didn’t sign up myself to go here I was in an apartment complex and already had a company for counseling only. The complex forced me to go here then they started putting me on pills that would make me dizzy and walk into walls unwillingly early in the morning. I was told when I started here I was allowed to refuse medication but they forced me to get these shots in my arm (once in my thigh which I bled like crazy cause it was in my leg that used to have a deadly clot in). My drs here belittled me and allowed my verbally abusive in house staff to demand new meds for me to be put on. I was never explained what the meds were for or what they could do to me. Few times my med dr acted like I was low functioning cause I was emotional from verbal, physical and mental abuse I was facing on a daily basis. A few times I was called retarded tho cause I mentioned I choked a few times on a pill. I now if I take pills I choke no matter what cause I was forced on 9+ random pills I didn’t even know what they did. So yeah thanks I’m now in a new county so I’m glad I don’t go here any more

My son doesn’t feel comfortable with his psychiatrist so he wants to see another one at the same organization….. so why do they tell me (my sons mother) that he has to see the same psychiatrist and tell him that he doesn’t want to see him and discuss it with him and THEN they can schedule us with someone else??? I’m laughing because that is SO unprofessional and WEIRD! Why on earth would a client or patient want to go into an appointment and TELL the very DR they are uncomfortable with that they are uncomfortable and don’t want to see them can you schedule me with someone else! COLEMAN change your policy and get it together BECAUSE MY organization does not tell clients especially children to do such things, they talk to a higher up and schedule with someone else?

I am grateful for the relationship I have with my Doctor. If you need mental health help, this is as good of place as any that can take none to nearly all insurance. I've never had the greatest success with their counselors but the medication is important to me and I feel good about the medical care. That being said, there are a lot of problematic practices and practitioners. Recently there have been changes to the way appointments are set, relying on patients to call back after stressful counseling and doctor appointments to make their next appointment has been an issue for myself. I have a lot of symptoms of my disorder that make it hard for me to follow up with my own care. Even still, they have helped and always made space and recognized my special needs. However, there is a nurse who has called me two separate times, late at night, right at 5pm and lectured me about not being proactive about my care enough. She called me tonight and told me not to expect help when I call with a crisis because my medication had no refills. She is awful and I would like to see some justice or reprocessing done to her harassing me, but I'm sure that will never happen. But yeah, if your nasty, they just hang up in you, so hopefully you don't have a mood disorder like me or you might catch a lecture from Nurse Michelle/ Rachet....
