My talk therapist was nice but the nurse practitioner was rude and dismissive when I reported my medications side effects openly and honestly. Told me I should have just waited out the serious side effects I had. She also diagnosed me within 5-10 minutes of talking to me and I’m not so sure it was in good faith or if it was to justify giving me a certain medication that the office had flyers for all over the place. I think I would have liked to go through a more thorough screening process than just talking before being given such a serious diagnosis, the way it was done just seemed a bit flippant

I was referred to a 6-day driving intervention program, and honestly, I was taken aback by what I encountered. Financially, I’m going through a tough time and had to stretch my resources to afford attending this program. The living conditions were disappointing, as the facility was outdated and in poor condition. I’ve been sober for 14 months and entered the program with the hope of gaining something positive, even though I’m already in active recovery. Unfortunately, some of the staff were kind and supportive, while others were dismissive and unempathetic toward the clients’ needs. The experience has been quite disheartening, and instead of feeling encouraged in my recovery, I’ve found myself struggling with anxiety and even considering relapse due to the environment. While this 6-day program may be one of the few options available, I would strongly advise researching other alternatives before committing to any program.

Joke shop of an establishment. The intake was wonderful, financial was accomodating, BUT the "professionals" are bigoted and intend to withhold opportunity for me to resume treatment as I had been receiving from another provider for the last year. UNACCEPTABLE. Get some real doctors, Yoha and Jane are not real clinicians. So you have no patient rights advocates?? Schade

I'd give this 0 stars if possible. This place absolutely does not care about you as a patient or person. The doctors drop like flys.they cancel appointments on you and won't fill you prescriptions on time. Not getting refills on antidepressants and such is dangerous.

Sent my son to the Massillon office to help with substance abuse issues - counselor told him he wasn’t that bad. My son now refuses to continue his therapy. Very unhappy with how unprofessional this office is and how they treat patients - negatively impacts my son’s life.
