Connections Emergency Behavioral Health Crisis Walk-in Center

The staff let a schizophrenic patient go and drove them 40 miles to a home the person had no right to go. She then got arrested for trespassing. No stars is the correct grade. Just passing the buck!!

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the care I received at Connections! Everyone was kind, caring and so supportive! Mike was so compassionate and really listened and provided helpful advice. I don’t know the name of the front desk person, but she was so kind and I could tell that she cared. Also, another staff member held my hand and comforted me and it really meant a lot. She truly understood. Thank you for creating a safe space when I felt so incredibly lost. Your compassion, patience, and expert guidance made a truly difficult time feel manageable, and I am so grateful to have had your team supporting me! I am still struggling from this awful depression but I was provided the tools to try to make it through this. I can’t thank you enough.

If I could give connections 10 stars, I absolutely would!!! I brought my son in today. Probably one of the hardest days of my life, and they were so supportive in every way possible!!!! It made a horrible process a little bit easier! Thank you to all of the staff you guys were angels today that my son and I desperately needed!

I wish I could give 10 stars 😭😭 I was scared, extremely anxious, sad, all of the things… trying to get through this rough season on my own. It wasn’t working… I got a recommendation for connections from my therapist. I swallowed my pride and went in after work… Lucy, that sweet soul at the front desk! She realizes her energy is powerful, she is so caring, she was working so hard; all while staying positive and keeping the vibe where it needed to be in the waiting room. I appreciate all of the employees, they work so hard- and mesh so well. We had a few laughs in the waiting room and I was made to feel comfortable and safe. It’s obvious Lucy really has a passion for what she does. I also had the pleasure of working with Whitney. She was so kind, helpful, understanding…. All while helping me navigate the frustrations of prescriptions!!!! I’m beyond thankful, truly… a google isn’t enough. This is a huge blessing for our community. Thank you.

The techs made my brother feel not welcomed in a time of need.

The services are slow but if you have respect and patience, you will surely leave much better than you went it. Plan to be there for quite some time; bring drinks and snacks and a charger, maybe a blanket. Just make sure you're comfortable for a long visit but know that youll leave in better spirits! I got my prescription and set up my time to go back for my second visit.

We had an individual living at our churches recovery house that came from Jail with 48 hours worth of meds. After attempting to get the meds called into a local pharmacy without any luck we decided to try connections. They were able to pull is medical assistance information and get him the meds that we was supposed to be on in less than 2 hours. We will use again the next time we have someone in need.

This place is good if you need help and is by far better than going to the er. Everyone who worked there was kind starting with the security guard. If you’re struggling dont hesitate to go to this place. They give you choices and it’s a great resource for anyone struggling with mental health.
