Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

I was a patient back in 2022-2023 and years prior. For over a month now I have been trying to reach dr. Covert in an effort to receive a refund from my insurance being charged $2000 at the same time I was paying cash everyday. I stopped being a patient that doesn’t mean I’m not due a refund. Nonetheless nobody has ever tried reaching out. It’s been over a month and still not even a phone call or anything. It’s getting to the point I’m going to have to get a lawyer. Other than this I absolutely loved the place . I loved the nurses and everything it was a great place. Judy was awesome! If and when dr covert reaches out then I will update to 4-5 stars
When I guest dosed at @ Covert Action, it was my first time visiting another clinic. I was immediately impressed by the bright, professional atmosphere. The staff were all welcoming & kind. Shout out to CONNIE who met me at the window with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude! This treatment center is top notch and I am grateful they are there when I visit from out of state 💜
I want to die and be given a viking funeral by an army of savage Hamsteroids,4 foot tall, humanoid hamster cannibals who were the weary and scarred veterans of the both campaigns of The Second Great Pyschic Warfare of Wormworld Delta.
I was reading through these comments and I wanted to address a few things. I've been there for 3 months. I've been at another treatment centers in the past like UCS. A lot of the things the comments are true about places like UCS. Where they shame patient or we're running some sort of financial scam. Covert action is absolutely not one of those places. Everyone always very friendly to me I feel like I have a room full of friends every time I go there. My counselor is lovely she's always very sweet to me shes concerned legitimately about my needs. They're very well priced I think it's $70 for a week if you don't have insurance. Which is only $5 a day and as a user I always seem to be able to scrounge up enough money to get high I can definitely come up with 5 bucks and I did. The program is effective is the first time that I've been cleaned in nearly 15 years. This will be the first Christmas I've been sober with my family. But not only save lives there but they give you a life worth saving. And I saw some comments about Judy and I think she is an absolute darling I love her to death and she is the nicest most caring doctor I've ever met in my entire life. She always remembers my name just by my face. And she always treats me like a long lost friend. I look forward to speaking with her every month when I come to get my renewal. All in all it's a wonderful place and I thank them very much for giving my life back 😀
In the short amount of time I was there, I saw and learned many different things. Katie K and Amber R are the mean girls constantly nagging, breathing down your neck and the NP Judy Hagar is awful to say the least. They charge the self paying people and then turn around and submit to the insurance company. For being a methadone clinic they do not care about any of the patients who come in which is so sad. They make the employees feel like crap, always pointing out the negative never any positive comments. It’s a very stressful job you can’t trust anyone in the office. The amount of pressure or expectation that is put on anyone person it’s awful. They have a high turnover rate as well. The nurses Connie and Nikki will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat and they will put patients at risk. They are not a family by any means, if they are family then why treat a family member the way that they do. They set you up to fail which is just what they do with the patients never wanting you to succeed. They talk about you behind your back and the so called family are the ones who get you fired. If your work family is allowed to treat each other this way then it’s not a family I wish to be a part of plenty of patients have expressed how they feel about certain counselors I kept that to myself to respect their privacy. There is no family support or dynamic, I always took accountability, ownership and responsibility for all my actions, mistakes and what did the family do turned around and fired me for making a mistake. But I will not take accountability for others wrong doings. I want to see everyone become successful and allow them to have a good support system. Not one based on lies, pointing fingers at others. Such a shame . I would never send a friend or anyone I know to get help at Covert Action there are a few other places, a few of the patients left to get treatment . That says a lot about the company and how they are perceived. I would rather have no family then to have a family and be miserable day in and day out. I went home feeling defeated, only hearing the mistakes that had been made the amount of pressure and expectations for not even being there 2 months . How can anyone be successful when people work against you and not with you
This place is a life saver! I was there when they first opened up and found my way back again. They truly care!!
On the website this clinic says don’t wait call us to setup an appointment outside of the intake times . This isn’t true the website hasn’t been updated since 2017 even one of the ladies laughed and told me it’s an old website , and I’ll have to wait till Monday . They did nothing to help me so I had to pop hydrocodone and still I’m sick . I called Monday they told me they’re a privately owned business and unless I have insurance I’ll pay 60 dollars a week . Most addicts I know don’t have a luxury of healthcare or even a job. Beware these people don’t want to help you , to them you’re just another policy number . I hope someone there has a conscience and exposes them for these ridiculous practices and how they’re turning addicts away who just want to be sober. Shame on them .
This place has wonderful nurses! The doctors are real and truly and carefully listen to you. You can overcome that darkness. If I could after 40+ years of torment regain some quality of life, I would say that anyone has a chance themselves. It isn't hard after you make it in. Only hard until you decide to help yourself. Truly. Huge chang the first day and it gets better. I remember feeling so light and free again. Please know there is hope and life to live on the other side. Come on over, you deserve it!🕊
