Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I have been in counseling for many years and this is one of the most unprofessional places I had ever been to. The 2 therapists I received were no where near qualified to treat a person with ptsd. In fact, the last therapist assigned to me said such messed up things to me about my abuser that I blacked out and I quickly ended my treatment at this place. I had a friend going here as well and she went through 3 different therapists because they kept leaving and NOW this place decided to suddenly close its doors next week and only let people know a few days ago. Not transitioning clients to new treatment within a reasonable amount of time is malpractice.

This place should be investigated by the FBI or whichever government branch monitors IOPs! I left the program 2 months ago due to how poor of a program it became after the previous director and 3, yes 3 therapists left. They are STILL fraudulently billing my health benefits! How do they get away with this? Do not make the mistake of trusting this establishment.

I’d like to preface this review and say Gina, Nancy, and Chrissy are absolutely wonderful. I will carry on going to Creative Change because Nancy really takes the time to listen and answer any questions. 10 stars for the three of them. However. I want to express my frustration with the substance abuse team. It is a lucky thing I wanted help and sobriety for myself, because I had to do it myself. Had I been in active detox, a trip to the ER would have been necessary. Other than Brian, negative stars. I had a crisis and a lapse in my sobriety and decided to refer myself to their IOP. I had to call and email many times (more than 10) to get Markus to call me back. We had exactly one phone conversation and no follow up. Our phone call cut off at the end and he didn’t even call me back? Jerome. Where do I start. I had two appointments back to back with Jerome for an initial eval/to sign paperwork. He fell asleep during our first appointment (that he didn’t know we had scheduled). I can look past that as we’ve all had those days. However. Jerome never had the courtesy to give me a start date for IOP. He never reached out. We literally signed that I was starting and then he disappeared. Thank GOODNESS I am old enough and wise enough to seek medical intervention if need be. It concerns me that there was absolutely zero follow up here. I will not be seeking IOP services with creative change any longer, and had this been a true emergency I would not entrust my family or friends with their substance abuse department. I recommend Princeton House tenfold for substance abuse treatment.

This place is very poorly run. First of all they never answer the damn phone. Like seriously how hard is it? My son has been bounced around from therapist to therapist 3 times now. After the last guy left, it's been over two months since he has seen someone and their communication is terrible. If my child's well-being was a priority then they have failed him. Now I have to start the long process of finding him a new place to go. What a disappointment this place is.

I am really appreciative to Stacy Wolff Director of Peer Recovery. She takes the time to help and guide me through these rough times I am having in my early sobriety. I am so happy I am going to creative change because it's people like her that work at creative change that makes me want to go back to IOP each day. To me she is amazing and I love her energy. She's so passionate about what she does and it definitely shows. Thank you Stacy Wolff for caring so much!
