Crest View Recovery

Crestview saved my life! I’ve never been to such a warm and loving place. I am 42 days sober today and I have Crestview to thank for that. They are so helpful and are there for you. Getting treatment here was so meaningful. Love this place!

I’m very happy with how Crest view has treated me and helped me throughout my recovery. The counselors were amazing! Shelly, Tessa and Mario were always amazing throughout class. Same with Nate, Joe, Cassi and Troy. The advice given on mental health and substance abuse is something I’ll be holding onto forever and use. I can’t say thank you enough to the techs that were always sweet and there for you, Tanner, Shannon and Caitlin you guys are the glue that holds everything together. I know there is a lot of different personalities and people come here from all over but you guys always keep your heads high and help everyone that is willing to take it. The staff here is incredible and I’d recommend crest view to any friend that is willing to admit they need help.

Crest View is the best treatment center that I've ever been to ! They saved my life for the second time. They are so compassionate and understanding. They reminded me that I'm not alone! They showed me the tools that would help keep me sober. It's a program that you have to put in the work and they help you believe in yourself!!

Be careful of Cassie. she told lies to my parents such as - I told my parents there was a transgender in our apt. Who hasn’t even started hormone therapy & Cassie told them, that’s not true, it was a girl who was homosexual. It was 100% a 19 year old boy. Even on the lists, his name was addressed as a male name & was corrected by the client. & told them, no phone list existed. In which there is a phone list that’s posted each day, that only 12 people can sign up for. & I respectfully, allowed those with kids to be first priority. Also, told my family I had diagnoses that were false - as they would have been on my discharge information, as well, as I would have been put on medication for it. Violated my rights, as I had minimal information - such as my safety, and arriving & leaving treatment checked off on my paperwork on what was allowed to be shared.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! if you have dietary needs they do not seem to care. Had to ask so many people before I got food I could eat and by the time I got it, it was time to leave. I lost 15 pounds in my stay there and when I informed the nurse she said "wow I wish I could lose weight that fast." How helpful! If you have a question do not except a clear answer. They always say to ask whoever is not there at the moment and it's out of their control. They say you will get your phone at a certain phase but you DON'T! you need to sign up on a phone list to use it for a MONITORED call, and that phone list fills up the second you arrive to the clinic. Only 12 spots but have 30+ clients? There are some amazing staff, that are trying their best to support the clients but the whole program is a mess. When I asked the director for a grievance she "had to find it." One was not given to me at all that day. I even had someone call to let them know I was coming in for one that day. Luckily the therapist there had my back and found them for me. Not even the clinical director? They also claim to check in on you at the apartments every 30 minutes. I was maybe checked in on 3 times my whole visit. And no locked doors at the apartments. I was also dress coded for wearing shorts and told to find longer pants, but they had none to give me. I had to find them myself and protect myself from all the "prevented men" that were there. This was told to me by the director at the apartments. How safe that makes me feel! I do not suggest this place for any female who are trying to recover. The groups are male dominated and they degrade woman any chance they can.
