Crestwood Champion Healing Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) supporting adults with serious mental health needs. Operated by Crestwood Behavioral Health, it was developed in partnership with Santa Barbara County and offers a short-term, recovery-oriented program. The center helps individuals achieve stability, restore hope, and successfully transition back into the community with renewed purpose. Engage in a Tailored Level of Care Crestwood Champion Healing Center provides three levels of care to meet different needs. The Willows offers the most structured support, focusing on stabilization and behavior management. The Cypress delivers a standard MHRC program with recovery-based services and skill-building. The Oaks is an adult residential program helping clients practice independent living skills in preparation for returning to the community. Build Independence with Structured Support Treatment at Crestwood Lompoc follows a whole-person, strengths-based model that honors each client’s journey. Residents engage in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) development, and a range of trauma-informed, recovery-centered services. Peer providers—those with lived experience—serve as mentors and allies, building connection, hope, and empowerment throughout each client’s recovery. Heal in a Peaceful, Supportive Environment Located in a quiet neighborhood of Lompoc, the center features private and shared rooms, shared spaces, and secure outdoor areas that promote healing and connection. Clients enjoy daily wellness activities, nutritious meals, and holistic support that nurtures both body and mind. Staff also support each client and their family with personalized transition planning into the next stage of recovery.
