All I can say if you want to get sober you got to want to do it for yourself I want to Crossroads Arcadia and it was the best thing that ever happened to me because I wanted to get sober and I worked their program I'm sober and living life

I really liked the place at first, but as time went on, I saw warning signs. Most of their staff have only been sober for less than a year or so because they give jobs to people immediately after they graduate from the 45-90 day programs. As nice as it is to have people relate to my situation, I'd prefer to have a professional who can appropriately conduct themselves in a professional manner. This I felt was not what I experienced. I not only had staff try and pick fights with me (Charlie at the front desk), or be rude to me (John that has only been out of treatment for 2 months) but they also allow people that are not involved with the association in there to conduct meetings among other things. It was at one of these meetings that I was acosted by a female and male in front of 50 people because I chose to swear in front of the children that they chose to bring to an AA meeting at a rehab. I then had staff (who did not see the interaction) tell me to "let it go" as I was venting in a private space that I went to be alone. I then had John tell me, "You're out" and escort me to the front office. Ends up that they were not going to kick me out, so I left voluntarily. This place has great food and some great case workers but I'm currently using as I write this as a result of this situation. Thanks for the help, Crossroads.

I was learning to like it but after my case manager (AH) got word that I didn't feel that the yoga or art was necessarily helping me with sobriety, she transferred me to a different clinic, without discussing it with me! I was also receiving grief counseling, which she pulled the plug on that. I have extreme abandonment issues which has contributed to my long time substance use disorder and trying to heal that and overcome my addiction, This case manager basically did exactly what has always pained and haunted me, which was abandonment and throwing me back out to try and swim and find my way with no safety net whatsoever! I wouldn't recommend Crossroads to NOBODY. This case manager has no business being one. She needs to stick to what she does best and that's standing on her head, teaching and training Yoga!

This place saved my life..period. The attention, knowledge and dedication for my personal success was unparalleled. This wasn't my first attempt to save my life and the manner in which EVERY SINGLE employee at Crossroads conducted themselves DID save my life. I'm still so very grateful for Crossroads and the knowledge that was gifted to me. I utilize what was given to me and my recovery is more amazing than I had ever even dreamed of. Please do yourself the grand favor of accepting the help and trust what Crossroads offers and ride that train. You're in good hands... Blessings... Hank

Best rehab in AZ they saved my life and they expect MAT services like Methadone and Suboxone and Vivatral shot, I went through both right track and IOP programs with this rehab and I would not recommend anybody else these people are respectful and it is a strong brotherhood there if you are looking for help and are afraid to go in don't be because these people will help you

Place seemed more like a halfway house, didnt check stuff coming in, guys have cellphones snuck in. Anyone can visit even people who violate the person probation that ordered them there. Pretty positive my s.o. was high the whole time as the person he was getting drugs from was visiting. Called concerned to ask if he was taking sobriety seriously they wouldn't tell me anything even though he originally said he put me as a contact and stuff on his paperwork. They ran to him told him I was asking and I immediately got a call that they told him and he was irritated. No communication or therapy with family or partner. No change in actions or behavior was getting high as soon as he came home. Waste of time hope and more. This place is a joke!

This place saved my life. You go to get sober. You don’t go to have a good time or live in luxury. Things there at times were unfair and lame, but that’s how life is. If you can’t handle adversity, or things you don’t like qnd agree with, then how do you expect to handle sobriety? Thank you Crossroads!
