Located in the Village Shoppes of Rio Grande, Crossroads Treatment Center offers outpatient opioid treatment for clients across the Cape May area, accepting Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance. Bus lines 313, 315, and 552 stop just outside the building and on-site parking is available. Treatment Methods Treatment begins with a clinical assessment to guide the appropriate approach. Crossroads Rio Grande offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol (injections), as well as Buprenorphine (prescription). Clients participate in care coordination to help them meet their social and medical needs, available in person or virtually. Hepatitis C treatment is also available at Crossroads.
