Crossroads Treatment Center Stanhope

How do you get a hold of someone in the office to set up someone for IOP? I was on hold for over an hour, being told I was next up in 2 min the whole time.

Very excellent experience with warm, pleasant and helpful staff. Everyone is compassionate and they go the extra mile in helping you feel good at what could possibly be one of the lowest points of your life. I cannot say enough good things about Crossroads and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thanks for all that you do!

Changed my life! After many attempts through the years, and wanting to still fix the issues I was having, I found crossroads. Every doctor, and staff member is so kind and understanding. Not having the pressures of other treatment options, with family support, is what really helped me personally. Going on a year now. 10/10! Do it! lol

I love going to Crossroads Clinic because these drs and clinicians actually care about us and do everything they can to ensure we are comfortable and treat us like family. The women there are amazing and I recommend going to them instead of these other places that just rush you in and out. Your not just another number to them, your treated respectful, like a human being not like an addict. I truly love them.

Different prescriber everytime, most times... no dr in person just a video chat. Drs often call in scripts from personal laptops, and don't send the pharmacy confirmation. My wife has been a patient for over a year and every month there is an issue with her script one way or another. Centers like this are supposed to help people get on with their life... there should be a level of ease for this kind of treatment. Bergan regional does it without the headache you'll get from crossroads.

I was having a bad day. The girl at the desk was so sweet. I met Dr. Wen for the 1st time. He was very kind, compassionate, empathetic and just made me feel comfortable. For me, suboxone has been a miracle.
