Eleanor Health Everett WA

I started with Elanor Health and initially had a great experience. My first advocate was supportive and responsive, and I felt hopeful about the services provided. Unfortunately, that changed when my advocate left—I was never informed that my appointment had been canceled, and I had to reach out multiple times just to find out what was going on. Not only were the resources I was promised never provided, but when I was eventually assigned a new advocate, they failed to mention that Elanor Health no longer accepted my insurance. This left me in a vulnerable position, having to start over and find a new provider without any assistance or notice.

I had a great experience in the beginning. The providers were great but then the therapist left and I had to find outside care for that. I ended up having some issues with my insurance and they processed to cancel all my appointments leaving me feeling very dumped by all of them. I then start receiving messages about how it’s ok to come back after a mistake. I didn’t stop my treatment they did. It was very triggering to receive those messages and because of how I was treated both in messages and over the phone by staff I will not return to care nor recommend them.

This place is a joke. I've been clean and sober for 7 yrs and they keep trying to get me in their service 😒 I don't recommend them for anything

Molly Was wonderful to work with ,she was easy to talk to ,very caring and respectful…. but the new lady is straight to the books. She is very hard to talk to. after being clean sober it for 17 years. She asked me if I was having any cravings. I was very offended. Very hurt. drugs are not a part of my life and have not been for 17 years now. What part of cleaning and sober don’t you understand?

I feel judged before even going because I asked about cost and apparently that means that my life isn't worth it if I have to ask about cost! I already hate you Eleanor health, you make me wanna drink MORE

Make sure to contact Laticia Hill about any questions you may have about Eleanor Health, insurance they take, etc. I have contacted over 10 companies and she is the only person who called me back. Make sure to keep her because she is the reason I will consider changing my insurance to be able to use Eleanor Health! Thank you Laticia!!!

Gerard answered my phone call. He was nothing but respectful and super informational with my needs. They cover a wide variety of things, great company. And kudos to Gerard for making it a breeze to navigate it!

Without Eleanor Health, I would still be doing drugs. They give me the vivitral shot. It helps so much. Eleanor Health staff, nurses, and doctors are amazing. I highly recommend this place if you want to recover and change your life for the better.
