Ellie was founded in 2015 and has since grown to have many clinics and franchises across the country. They were founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health and use humor to break barriers in the mental health industry. This clinic in the Ygnacio Valley provides compassionate counseling services for clients who desire a judgment-free space to express their concerns. They treat individuals, couples, and families in-person or virtually and offer psychiatry/medication management along with therapy services. They specialize in treating a wide range of mental health disorders and issues including but not limited to anger, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), postpartum depression, eating disorders, self-harm, and racial trauma.
