This place make me feel really comfortable and and Ms. Nichelle and others really care.
This place made me feel like there was hope after a recent eviction. Nancy really cares about her clients and Is meticulous when necessary with paperwork and filings are done correctly and on time. I can’t say enough good things.
I have been a client of FAP for many years now. I was diagnosed in 1998 so I have had my fair share of case managers. With out a doubt Tammy Knight has been the best. She is down to earth if she says she is gonna do something she does it. She keeps it professional but still makes you feel like your talking to a friend. Thank you FAP and definitely thank you Tammy😊

Curious and resourceful
The staff there needs to get ther act together i am a client for over 19 yrs and this new staff im sorry i would never employee them at all they know nothing for what there dealing compaired to the staff for when i first started with F.A.P. this staff does not know there butts from a hole in the the ground ! i suggest someone new go to either TruEvollution in Riverside or D.A.P in Palm Springs you will get better service thru them , I know all the agencies here and now a new oe St Johns San Bernardino.
I’m a client at FAP and out of all the case workers there I find Tammy Knight to be the most caring person there. She is very pleasant when seeing to my needs and very knowledgeable about services there. I have seen workers come and go. I hope she never leaves this location. I would truly miss her!
