The staff really makes the place. They treat you like a person and are there at any moment you need them no matter what the time. Clean facility plenty of food and snacks. They make sure you have a solid plan, resources, and appointments before you leave.

These people went above and beyond for me. It was tough because they could not find me a place to do some more rehab but that’s just the state of the country right now . I would recommend this place to anyone. I was not an easy patient to deal with either . 10 stars

My mother in law came here to Genesis Detox of muscle shoals and staff (skylar) was very unprofessional, we bought her a brand new vape since they said she had to have a new one brought up here in order to have one and she never received it, they threw away two 30 dollar vapes that she came in with claiming there was Marijuana in them when we know for a 110% fact that there wasn't, they used their personal opinion of who dropped her off with them (me and my husband) against the client my mother in law, they released her way to early and she is still sick, must I keep going???

My daughter's went there for help and came out very dope sick, they were in tears and very upset over the treatment or should I say mistreatment they relieved, they came out and went to a good place and are doing very well, I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog, shame on you, ohh and they told them 5 to 7 day stay but was in there maybe 72 hours all together but bet they got payed for 7, horrible place!

Awesome place very caring staff very clean and private! The only thing I have to complain about is that they didn’t keep me longer I had really good insurance but they still would only keep me 5 days which wasn’t enough time to come off of fentanyl, other than that It was a good place!

Phenomenal group of people willing to take those first important steps on your new life with you!

I really can't say enough about this place. I was here for 5 days for alcohol detox and the staff are OUTSTANDING! Very personable, funny and understanding of your needs and support. You can tell they actually care.

I was supposed to be going to Magnolia Ranch in Tennessee, not knowing that I had to be detoxed at Genesis in muscle shoals Alabama. Terrible experience for me, detoxing from alcohol, meth and prescription Xanax, they gave Librium, which was really bad.... A man stole hand sanitizer and was drinking it and none of staff knew.... Really sad case of helping someone detox in a 5.0 rated facility...
