Was seeing a counselor here for a little over 2 months. They were racking up the bill & tried to charge it to my card without my consent, Payment did not go through. So they cancelled appointments with my counselor. However, I called and discussed the payment with them and told them to go ahead with the payment. This was over a month ago. Never heard back from anyone after calling a few different times. What a way to conduct business, especially when it comes to someone’s mental health. Convinced that these good reviews are fake. Also side note, their hold music is weird and creepy.

Su-Quin deserves WAY more than 5 stars! She goes above and beyond for my kids. She has done an amazing job helping me with finding a solution by being involved in my children's lives and applying that to their counseling rather than treating every client the same. She communicates everything with me and is HONEST! She has formed a relationship with my kids that no other counselor has been able to! She's the number 1 counselor in Trumbull County HANDS DOWN! You rock Su-Quin!
