I LOVE everyone here. Don’t go there if ur not willing to do the work. As long as u show u want the help they offer they will give u everything in their power to help better yourself and your life. Only if u do the work yourself and respect their rules. They work for the county not a private office. So remember they aren’t going to be able to cater to anyone. So again. I absolutely love the staff and the resources they have to offer. Thank you gulf coast for standing behind me and keeping me sane. While I become the best version of me I can be.

I have to say that nurse Cathy is an absolute amazing woman so sweet and very attentive with her patients and she is soft spoken with a wonderful heart of gold

This place only cares about themselves. If you can avoid it, do not go there. The doctors are good but the staff are horrible. They will argue with you, treat you like a child, and not help you. They rush through as many appointments as they can. They view any problems that arise with medications as a waste of their time, even when it is their fault. They view their own time as their top priority while constantly wasting your time. If you miss an appointment they will not schedule a new one. You have to go sit until they can work you in. If they forget to send out your prescription, they make you waste an entire day to get it sent out or they tell you they can do it in a few days. All this place cares about is making as much money as possible or at least seeing as many people as possible. I don't even know why I am diagnosed with what I have. The doctor never diagnosed me. She got her diagnosis from a case manager. When I ask I'm told that they are trained to do that. But when I asked the people that diagnosed me they told me that they aren't trained for that....I hate this place.

Wasted hours in the waiting room just for them talk to me like I’m a child, and not actually listen to anything I had to say. Won’t be back here ever again

I’ve spent over three hours here today for an appointment they said i would take one hour. I am the only person in the lobby and there’s plenty of workers all chatting and but no one is actually working. Perhaps that’s why their services take so long. Please steer clear if you have any respect for yourself. Businesses shouldn’t operate like this.

My experience is I'm struggling in my head, but I have allowed all types of substances to hinder me. This place is the greatest I've been coming since July of 20/20 years to get my mental health crisis's under control it has gotten better for me.

Was referred to here with another place. I chose this one due to location. Never even got first appointment. It was supposed to be an initial phone consultation. But evidently when they say first thing in the morning they mean something else. It's now 3 pm. I even called them at 10:45 am. I was told I would be called shortly. 4 hours later still waiting. Avoid, this not good behavioral healthcare.
