Outpatient Treatment with Tele-Health Harmony Bay is a primary mental health facility that provides outpatient care and tele-health services for those struggling with mental health conditions and co-occurring substance issues. Treating over 40 mental health conditions, Harmony Bay provides individual counseling, couples and family counseling, and group therapy. Medication-assisted treatment is available as well as specialized transcranial stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) treatment for depression. With individual treatment plans and a holistic approach, IOP clients receive at least 9 hours of outpatient therapy each week as part of their individualized treatment plans. On this treatment plan, patients often have 3 to 5 weekly appointments with their specialist. These visits lasts between 3 and 4 hours. Harmony Bay typically has immediate openings and accepts most major insurance companies.
