In a transit-connected business hub easily accessible to Orange County residents via I-405, Korean Community Services (KCS) Health Center – MacArthur delivers outpatient and court-mandated services for substance use disorders, DUI offenses, behavioral health conditions, and family conflict. The facility also provides primary care, dental, and pediatric care services that support routine health maintenance and disease prevention. Clinical Counseling and Behavioral Care Counseling and clinical services include substance use evaluations, DUI assessments, case management, discharge planning, and drug screening. Behavioral health services extend into psychiatry, 1-on-1 therapy sessions, support groups, telehealth visits, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), anger management, batterers intervention, and parent education classes. Outreach and Coordinated Care System Built on community and justice system partnerships since 1977, programs operate through partnerships with courts, probation, and social service agencies, offering outreach, health screenings, education, referrals, and coordinated care that connect clients to essential resources. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with services available in Korean, Spanish, and Chinese to support a diverse client community.
