This is my favorite emergency hospital to go to. Excellent service, knowledgable staff, considerate staff, and I am in/out compared to other ER. I have gone to this hospital off and on for over 15 years, and I have had emergency surgery at this hospital. I have never had a bad experience. Thank you to the kind medical staff and security that always make my visit pleasurable.
Unfortunately I received zero care for a blood clot , torn meniscus, and bone to bone hip with zero cartilage. I am in between drs, and I needed blood thinners while I wait until march for a regular pcm appointment. My blood pressure was 141/105 and I sat in the room after apologizing for taking up resources and time by coming to seek treatment and pain relief (a Tylenol would have sufficed, but instead I heard gossip and professionalism scraping the bottom of the barrel. ) I understand shift changes etc but the level of non care I received was shocking. The charge nurse did find me at the exit and ask me to stay, but I felt as if my care would not be adequate because I had already voiced my concerns. So I left. I had such high expectations , but left in pain and disappointment.
I have been to several hospitals before but I think this one is so far the best. All the staffs are so kind and caring. The food they serve is by far the best hospital foods I have seen.

Dr. Nguyen and Rebecca RN are amazing people. When I was in the ER they attended to me quickly. They addressed to my needs quickly. They are an asset to your staff and to your hospital.
