Harmony House is a men’s sober living home operated by Lasko Refuge in Portland, Oregon. It offers a flexible and supportive approach to recovery based on the belief that people do best when they have choice and control over their own decisions. Instead of strict rules, participation is based on motivation, personal responsibility, and a desire to make positive changes. Supporting Recovery Through Choice Men living at Harmony House are encouraged to take an active role in their recovery and set goals that matter to them. 12-Step meetings are supported but not required, allowing residents to choose the recovery path that works best for them. Staff work closely with residents in a respectful, team-based way to help build healthy routines, confidence, and long-term stability.
