In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

I am so grateful for Oasis and the staff at the North Field location! The ladies are so compassionate, kind, understanding, & patient. I feel valued and well taken care of every time I’m there. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome & smile. The office is always clean, stocked with goodies & essentials, & I love that there are two different types of treatments that are offered here. I would love to see more locations open in the future! I know that this is life changing work & I am more than happy to have fallen into the hands of the North Field Oasis family. Thank you for all you do! You ladies are so appreciated and special to me!

I am very impressed with this place, even though they didn’t specialize in what I needed, They got me the information to point me in the right direction!

I know that TMS and Spravato are valuable treatment options for depression and was excited to have a provider so close up, but my customer service experience with the local office was greatly disappointing. I called to get information about TMS treatment on 11/2/23 and spoke to Tonya. I work everyday and expressed my concern about having to take time off of work every day for a month to receive treatment and asked about expanded hours. I was told by Tonya that the treatment providers are flexible and would work with my schedule. Based on this information, I went ahead and scheduled and paid for the evaulation which was scheduled on 11/6/23. I completed the eval with the NP and when I asked about the hours of treatment was told that the latest in the day that they would do a treatment is 4:30pm. I explained my predicament and to NP and had attempted to contact Tonya to see if there was a plan to expand the hours in the future and received no response. I asked about Spravato as well after realizing that going to an office 5 days a week for 4 to 6 weeks was not feasible and received no follow up from Tonya or the local office about it. So spent about $300 between the eval fee and deductible amount and didn't receive any treatment. :-(

Choosing to do Tms treatments was the best decision of my life. I was really struggling with depression, anxiety, and ptsd. I haven't had a flashback since the first week treatments. Yes, I had triggers happen but I actually was a lot better then I normally would have been. My anxiety is so low now that I don't really even notice it much. I know it's still there but barely there. I've been actually happy since I started the treatments. I did have a dip from day 6 to 10 but I told them how I was feeling and they adjusted it for me then I was feeling better again. The first 5 days it was small signs of improvement not a big change. After day 10 each day I felt more and more of an improvement in my mood, my mind was overly racing about things. It became that nothing really bothered me anymore like bad/slow drivers didn't even bother me. I noticed how peaceful and happy I was becoming by the 20th day. By day 25 I started falling asleep during treatments but once again I told them how I didn't want to fall asleep during it and somehow it stopped happening I'm not sure if she adjusted it again for me or what. I did feel really tired from day 25 to day 30th but still happy. From day 30th to 36 I had a huge boost of energy and didn't feel the need to take a nap like I was before those days. I actually stayed awake until 8pm or 9pm those days and got a great night sleep. I did my treatments at 10:30am by 2pm I would end up needing a nap then when it came to bedtime 8/9pm I wouldn't be able to sleep much because I had a boost of energy. Day 30 to 36 I didn't need that nap and got good night sleeps. I completed the 36 treatments on June 21 without missing a day of treatment. Today is June 25th I'm feeling great still, sleeping great at night, having a boost of energy throughout the day without needing a nap, feeling overall happy. I still haven't had a flashback which is really amazingly great. I definitely recommend giving tms treatments a shot. Even if you feel like giving up on the tms treatments don't give up. Stick to it. It will be worth it in the end. They did say some people don't started feeling better until after they completely all their treatments. Hope this help anyone thinking about doing it. Ps they do recommend drinking coffee or soda before and after the treatments. It really does help a lot. Not sure how it does but it does. Also if you're someone that get headaches take whatever you take for headaches a hour before your treatments to avoid getting a headache from it. The treatments feel like you're being tapped in the head over and over again. More annoying then painful. Also make sure your hair is clean no gels geese oils in it and make sure your hair is completely dry. My hair gets really oily and on the days it was oily it hurt a bit but not a lot. You got this. Hope this help anyone debating on doing the treatments.
