In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

Really not happy overall. My father was taken there's in ambulance to the ER. They were pretty good in the ER. Then when we got upstairs you the 2nd floor on a Friday the first nurses were getting ready to go and others coming on to shift. So it was a little confusing but most were nice enough. But they did not do certain things that I feel like if they really cared they would have done like update there names on the board to know who was coming in and out of the room. Now that being said fri night shift and through the weekend shift was pure hell!! The way they talked to my father, they way they treated my 28 yr old son was just atrocious!!!! I'm actually considering filing a formal complaint about several people there. I was completely disgusted with the way they were and the way they did, oh sorry DIDN'T actually do their jobs. IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and there were only a few that were decent and treated us kindly and were professional and for those few is why I have 2 stars because if want the the few I would have given 0 stars!!!! Like I told the tech named Jesse y'all need to get it together before you speak to people the way you do! There was a very nice tech I believe name BRIDGETTE we have her a compliment she was outstanding and others should try to do their job better although I KNOW THEY ARE JUST THERE FOR THE PAY BECAUSE IT TRULY SHOWS!!!! GET IT TOGETHER LV MUHLENBURG!!!!!

Went in for undiagnosed whiplash and post concussion syndrome because the symptoms had become rapidly worse without obvious cause. Left without an attempt at etiology for the cause of rapid worsening, and without any sort of benefit for symptoms. They attempted something called a migraine cocktail without any explanation as to why I might have a migraine, which for whatever reason made the symptoms much worse and added nausea. The doctor came back and I told him there was no improvement and that it had gotten much worse, in response to which he said I could go home. They seem to be running the ED with either foot standing firmly in the twin traps of overtreatment and therapeutic nihilism.

Brought my husband here after JeffExpress told him to go to ER. Complaints were head pressure, dizziness, weakness and shakiness. The ER literally wasted our time and money. Explained to the ER intern that he drinks plenty of water so it's not dehydration and no heart problems. Continued to do stress test blood work, a heart ultrasound and a head CT. Everything all clear, husband still feeling terrible. So they discharge him stating he was dehydrated. The incompetence is amazing. Do not take your loved ones here. Hasn't been a good hospital in a long time

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Some of the staff on the floor are amazing. But the doctors and higher ups lie to you and don't treat you like a human being.

Today is March 6th I've been in here for a few days. I have prn medication which the nurse is withholding from me. Why??? Isn’t this stressful enough? Some days later.. I have been released - I wasn’t receiving the fluids and no medication to treat the condition. It’s been a week. Stitches still in my back I can barely lift my arms. hospital sent me with no direct medication and treatment for my condition and now I’m left languishing at home alone on the second floor - no home health care or medical assistance . Is this healthcare seriously? Why was one with this situation not set up with a home health care aide? . And medication to treat my condition? This is what we pay thousands of dollars for every year. Is this really acceptable healthcare in America??? So sad so so so so sad.
