Quick to help by any means necessary, and can be a bit dangerous when trying medication on patients recently diagnosed with conditions.... Systems are screwy to say the least, and several professionals have mentioned this, and i will be getting reevalted soon as its been a year since my ptsd and depression diagnosis. Otherwise great people putting their best foot forward. (Im hoping they don't screw me over before it comes time for MEPS)

Grateful for my therapist juan. Its a blessing to get EMDR treatment through apple health.

This place is ridiculous. The councilors here drop client's with out reason. Leave clients hanging when there trying to recover from attempted suicide. It's like y'all just want people to die it's sick and wrong and someone needs to be held accountable for the wrong that's being done here. I'll never understand why someone would knowingly treat another soul with such disregard..y'all should be ashamed of your selfs .May God have mercy on y'all's souls. I'm not a perfect person but I really hope someone wakes up to what's going on here

We live in the apartments directly above this business. There is a homeless man whom they let live outside their door. He lies on the sidewalk most of the day. He very loudly yells, whoops, poorly attempts to rap, sings and talks very loudly to himself through all hours of the night. Hes clearly schitzophrenic. It has woken up my household many, many times now. The cops have been called, the business has been contacted, neighbors have asked him to quit being loud and yet the issue persists. The business enables this behavior and also allows him inside.

Wish I could give this disrespectful company no stars this is some of the most unprofessional people almost sure not one of them have a degree. customer service sucks you almost need to find counseling or therapist because of this place it’s almost sad and very disappointing probably would help to hire somebody with an actual health degree

Great staff, life saving services. It's about time for you to change your life. Come get your little drug and alcohol problem under control

If anyone has been to other places in need of help and just been treated like another face or number this is not one of those places.. Lifeline genuinely care and have true concern for you and your well-being. I walked in here and they were nice and listened and gave great advice and always looking towards the next step to continually help you not just a one time thing. We all know the look you get from places like this when you're down on your luck and in need of help but they don't look at you like that because most have travelled the road we have. I do recommend stoping in and just talk to someone of your needs,wants and the next step you're trying to get to and you'll find a empathetic face, a sympathetic ear and a safe hug to let you know they'll go the extra mile to ensure that those needs are met and have an ongoing relationship to make sure you are on track. Try them out!
