Their check-in process is appalling. - They send a text reminder, an email reminder AND do a call reminder for your appointment. I did not sign up for any of that, and the calling is way over the top. - When you try to check-in from your email reminder, you are taken through a list of "standard" check-in questions that are incredibly excessive. You have to confirm your DoB, physical address, phone number (to which you are sent a code you then have to input). - You are then presented with your insurance details, and asked the question "is this accurate". For no reason whatsoever, the options are hidden in a dropdown instead of immediately available. - If you have not uploaded a picture of yourself on their site (why on earth would you need to do this?) or a credit card (which I don't need to do) they keep asking you to do so. This is NOT what you want to be dealing with when you're trying to check in for an appointment! - Sometimes, randomly, while you are trying to check-in for your appointment (which you usually do 1-2 minutes before it starts) you are forced to complete an INCREDIBLY EXTENSIVE questionnaire about your current mental status. It takes a good 10 minutes to go through this, and you have no option to skip. - Worse thing BY A MILE is that you cannot access/join your appointment from their patient portal! You can see the appointments but, unlike every other provider that has a "join" link available, LifeStance has none on their own patient portal/site!

Very positive overall experience with Dr Liu, great bedside manner, and genuinely cares about her patients.

This is a great company with really good psychiatrists. I can't see enough about mine and the fact that you can do it remotely is incredible so you don't have to settle on ones that are in town that you don't like so it's really it's a really great thing. Thanks, lifestance

This company is top notch. I have used them several times and they have never let me down. All the staff, from the guy who takes your request to the drivers who pick up your vehicle are always professional, courteous and most importantly personable. If you want your vehicle transported this is the company you want to go with!!
